Sal is so nice and cool. I’m from NJ and this reminded me of home- kinda teared up. It was so good. Like an amazing slice of pizza. Burnt my top of my mouth. Crispy. Crunchy. Great chew. The dough is awesome. Fluffy. Sauce is sweet and delicious. I like the seasoning.

Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. You’ll just have to try it for yourself. But be prepared, with the large menu, it will require several visits to try everything!

We were very disappointed with our recent order from Sal’s Pizzeria & Pasta House. We ordered a Steak & Cheese Sub and a Large Deluxe Pizza, but instead received a chicken and cheese sub and a completely different pizza (pepperoni, spinach, black olives). After driving 20 minutes to pick it up, we messaged the restaurant but never got a response.

The order was completely wrong, and the lack of follow-up or accountability made the situation even worse. For $37, this experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Pasta is my all-time favorite food, and in my 44 years, Sal Pizzeria has some of the best I’ve ever had.

They’re an incredible local business with a warm, welcoming staff who truly make you feel like family. Their shrimp Alfredo and baked ziti are absolutely to die for—easily among the best I’ve ever tasted.

All of their food is fantastic, but as a self-proclaimed Alfredo snob, I can confidently say their Alfredo is top-tier. Generous portions, always fresh, and consistently delicious.

If you’re ever in Sarasota, Florida, do yourself a favor and visit Sal’s. I’m moving away and genuinely heartbroken I won’t be able to eat there anymore. This place will definitely be missed!

Authentic Italian food. We loved it. The only thing is that you have to buy the water bottle. They don't provide a glass of water but it's worth it.its a mom & Pops Italian Restaurant. You need to visit if you are in the area
