We had an amazing experience with Sarasota Catering. With living in NC and planning a party in FL, everything was planned out through emails. Sashi was right on top of everything and answered all my questions. This was also a short noticed gathering which just added to the importance of communication. But with her help, the menu was a success.
I believe the girl who delivered and set up all the food was Angelica. Again, a great person to deal with. She was very professional, polite and did such a great job at getting everything in place.
The food looked and tasted fresh and delicious. Seasoned, but not spicy or over spiced. And even though many of us are not from the area, the ones who were from there were asking information about who catered. They all said that they would be using the company as well for future events for themselves.
Thank you again to Sashi and Angelica for your professionalism and delivering such good food for our occasion.

We chose Sarasota Catering for our wedding and were very pleased with the overall experience. Their customer service was excellent—they were always easy to reach, responsive, and happy to help with any questions or changes throughout the planning process.

As for the food, everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. While my husband and I can be a bit picky when it comes to food (we love good food😉), we were overall happy with the menu. The appetizers and most of the entrees were delicious and well-received by our guests. The only item we didn’t love was the chicken piccata—the texture was a bit off for our taste—but everything else made up for it.

Despite that one dish, we had a great experience working with Sarasota Catering and would recommend them for anyone looking for professional, friendly service and solid food for their event!

We also we able to use their day-of coordination services with Savannah and she knocked it out of the park- as a bride I was stressed that the decor would not be what I pictured in my head but she understood the assignment and was truly a blessing! I was able to freely communicate with her via email and phone for a few months leading up to our event, she handled coordinating all of our vendors, and made our big day so stress-free that we could actually enjoy our friends and family!
