Food was fabulous. It's expensive, but worth it. I had the sea bass. It was fileted at my table. Delicious. My friend had the wild mushroom pasta. Equally delicious. Can't wait to go back.

We always have a nice evening at Sardinia. We were a party of 6, and were seated in the back corner of the main room. It was a quiet night - surprising, during "The Season", but it was much appreciated because we had family who are hard of hearing, and the bustle of voices is often too much. Our waiter was very kind and helpful steering us to some wonderful dishes. Among the dishes we had were the lasagne (always excellent), Faroe Island salmon, a special orecchiette and seafood dish (outstanding), tagliatelle with sausage, and sea bass. Everything was prepared well, with fresh tasting ingredients and were very satisfying. Service was very attentive. We also enjoyed desserts - the homemade stracciatella gelato was outstanding, as was the lemon sorbet, panna cotta and chocolate mouse. I gave the restaurant high grades in every category - however, to be noted, while excellent, it is a bit pricy -not outlandishly, but it rises to special occasion status.

Food was good, staff unfriendly felt unwelcome greeted with do you have a reservation, yes was asked 3 times. As we were slightly early asked at small bar if we could get a drink and was just ignored.

The food we ordered was excellent, the service was also very good; for our taste we found the menu a bit limited but what we ordered was excellent – the portions are quite large commence through it with the prices which we found a little on the high side but consider considering the portion sizes probably reasonable. I think I would go back again but would probably order the same thing as there weren't a lot of choices for us, again based on our palates, to choose from.  There was only one veal dish and only one chicken dish that I recall a number of the pasta dishes were unusual but not to our liking we love dessert but found the dessert menu also limited and the one dessert we wanted to try they were sold out of

I hadn't been back in years, but really really enjoyed my experience. The salmon I had was absolutely outstanding! My friend also liked his lasagna. The salad was nothing special, but the bread crackers were off the charts great. I'll definitely be back!

A hidden gem near Siesta Key this restaurant far exceeded our expectations. The pasta is all homemade. The portions were reasonable and just enough to satisfy. All appetizers and entrees were delicious. The bread was delicious and my compliments to the chef! But the highlight for me was the service provided by the staff. Our server Nanand was absolutely fantastic. The young lady busing was on point in timing and courtesy. A relatively small restaurant is highly recommended. Moderately priced you should definitely consider making reservations !
