Love Selva Grill! Our server, Eric, was delightful, pace was perfect as we were going to Van Wezel and made it happen. Our food was delicious, wish I had brought home my leftovers for today. Plus, the presentation was amazing! You have artists in the kitchen! We will be back!

Food and drinks were amazing but the place needs an upgrade inside! The ambiance does not match the caliber of the food, which is fantastic and elevated. They are decorating with old leather couches and burgundy crinkle curtain- so much potential!!

Delightful dinner at Selva. The ceviche is outstanding. We tried the sampler if three types. I would be happy to go back just for ceviche! We ordered Lamb and Duck. Both were artfully presented and perfectly prepared. A surprise birthday dessert was delicious and so appreciated.

I ordered the Skirt Steak and substituted Truffle Chive Risotto for the plantains which was a superior choice. It was all delicious and presented beautifully. My friend had the Malbec Braised Short ribs and said they were perfect. Our server was excellent and made great recommendations.

We celebrated my friend’s birthday here recently, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right—the food was delicious, the atmosphere inviting, and the service truly exceptional. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but every detail made it worth every penny.
What really stood out was the care and thoughtfulness of the staff. At the end of the evening, we asked if they could bring out a cake for the birthday girl. Not only did they surprise us with a beautiful cake and candle, but they also brought a single red rose. It was deeply touching and made the night unforgettable.
Highly recommend for special occasions or just a memorable night out. They know how to make you feel celebrated

Silva Grill was outstanding. The Lamb and Duck dishes were outstanding. If you've never had raw tuna with watermelon, you need to try it ... delicious.

I almost did 5 stars all around, as I always do for Selva Grill, which is one of our favorites. This visit, as always, the service is perfect, however there were a couple of food misses. The Filet Mignon was excellent, the side was bland and not sure what they were going for there. The ceviche is consistently the best, as is the Selva Caesar. The short rib spring roll, which I've enjoyed many times, was impossible to cut. The short rib inside was delicious, but the roll itself was like cardboard. I realize that not every visit can be 100% spot on, and my mild disappointment will not deter me from coming back.
