What a fun place! Our server Zack was awesome! Very attentive and friendly even though it was packed.All of the dollar bills covering everything in the main bar is a sight to see.You can't beat a dozen oysters for $12 happy hour. A good selection of beer. The Crab stuffed Grouper was delicious. The Chicken and waffles were huge. If you like Keylime Pie, it's not traditional, but it's so amazing!

Been locals for about 10 years. As fellow Chicagoans we love to frequent Skob. Pulled in from just having a medical procedure done and was just craving your Po-Boy because I had to fast all night and morning. Moved a cone to park in the open space (since there are only like 5) Hostess came out and said “That cone was there for a reason! That’s my Managers spot!” Shockingly as a restaurant/bar industry employee/manager of over 20 years I would NEVER tolerate this sort of behavior. Guests come before employees no matter what. The manager could have found a different spot or should have a designated spot behind the location or something.We then were called back several times saying “sorry the girl was in training” after we watched the two hostesses laughing as we pulled out. Went down the street to The Old Salty Dog for my app-Boy Fix. And it was DELISH! Definitely not cool. We’ve been in your establishment probably hundreds of times over the years. We’ve sang on stage multiple times with some of the bands that play there.

Do yourself a favor and go here! The food, service and atmosphere are fantastic! We loved it so much we went 2 nights in a row. Zack was our server the first night and Christian at the back bar the second night. They are both outstanding! The calamari, the Siesta Key extravaganza, crab legs and lump crab hush puppies are all delicious! It’s definitely our go to place in Siesta Key now!
Convenient, although not amazing. When you're made to feel as though they are doing YOU a favor, that's not the feeling you want to give your guests. The food was meh.Likely not going back.

If you’re going there to order a drink at the bar, I suggest you don’t go They have great servers, but the Bartender was horrible. They have really great food and cold beer. I would go back, but I definitely wouldn’t go to the bar.
