Siesta Key Rum Distillery located near the Sarasota Airport. Viera and Shane made a great experience. Viera was very personable and shared great knowledge of the line of rums Siesta Key Rum offers. Shane is one of the mixologist and was a wealth of knowledge for recipes. Highly recommend to visit and taste the line of rums.
Kevin is amazing!! Besides the most delicious rum (especially the toasted coconut!!) Kevin and his team have curated a very fun and informative tour that had me hanging on every word. Laughing and drinking rum! You can't go wrong with that! Thanks for a great experience Siesta Key Rum!!

The tasting was enjoyable — the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the process.
They walk you through how the rum is made, the aging barrels, and the different flavor profiles.
My favorite was the toasted coconut rum — smooth, aromatic, and full of authentic flavor.
