Cancelled my order 2 hours before I was supposed to pick them up. I know issues come up but I feel I could have been made aware prior to me messaging to confirm the time I was to arrive. I placed my order weeks in advance. This left me in a very stressful predicament as the custom cookies I ordered were intended to be part of a goodie bag for my daughters bridal shower… we had no back up.

DO NOT BUY from this company! I ordered cookies from this shop through ETSY. I paid $186.50 - $24 of which was shipping. The cookies were for my daughter's engagement party. 90% of the cookies arrived damaged- broken- due to the poor flimsy packaging that were piled in 2 boxes then put in a box that was slightly bigger so not much cushion around them and mailed USPS with a handwritten "Fragile" and "this side up". What a joke. They should have been packaged much better. I messaged through ETSY - NO response. It is too late to do anything different for the party. The seller obviously does not care- she got the money. So disappointed in this seller/shop. ** Update reply to seller's response: I was NOT given the option to pick up. NOT TRUE. And you did NOT try to work with me. You only asked me for a photo of all of the cookies because you wanted to blame the post office. I sent that and heard NOTHING from you. I have not been hostile or unwilling to communicate. I have been factual and honest about my sincere disappointment. It is difficult to communicate with someone you do not hear from. I paid for shipping to ensure the product would arrive adequately packaged in good condition. This did NOT happen. I continue to request a refund.
