In my opinion this is the best fried chicken compared to raising Cane's, Popeyes, chix filet and KFC. Thd chicken was juicy, crunchy and not greasy, the place was extremely clean for a fast food restaurant. Very nice staff!

When slim chickens opened up near my home, I was elated. My husband and I went there once to twice a week for the first few months. Then all of a sudden, the chicken quality went way downhill, and now the chicken strips are extremely chewy and just overall poor quality and taste.This has been the consensus of most people that I and my husband have spoken to. Please go back to the chicken vendor you were using before and you will get a lot more business back. Thank you.

JOSH was a nightmare to deal with.!!! I don't know who handpicked him but he needs to be reminded what CUSTOMER Service IS, Re Trained Or REPLACED. I asked for a manager, he said he's a mgr. I asked if there was another mgr and he said he is THE mgr and there is none higher than him
I asked for a well done , crispy waffle. The waffle came.medium dark BUT it was SOFT I've ordered it before and they gave it to me crispy and crunchy the way I like so I decided to treat myself today Josh made it his business to resist and debate and annoy me to the point that I just asked for a refund to take my money elsewhere. That is NOT the Energy I want in connection with my food.
Anthony came to the window, apologized for the fiasco and cheerfully refunded my money.

Amazing service during the power outage with Milton. Hard workers, amazing staff. With lines out the door, they still pushed on. Food was fresh and so delicious but the service will have me coming again and again!
Brownies were over cooked and dry, chicken tenders were just okay, lady at counter absolutely did not want to be there. Fries were just okay. Overall just average, nothing to make me want to go back.
