Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Decent prices and good food. The Swiss truffle Burger is even better than the Smashburger! Also be sure to try the crispy brussel sprouts. yummy! They also have a great rewards program so you can save money while eating there

I will start by saying I don't eat red meat so I haven't had one of their traditional hamburgers but my daughter likes them. I've tried their turkey burger which I didn't care for. It didn't taste fresh and definitely tasted like it was just a frozen burger so I'm not sure if they make them fresh there or not. Their black bean burgers are okay. The best thing is their sides. The smash fries and tots are so good. Their regular fries and tots are good too. They are reasonably priced as well.

I ordered online. Let's just say I was not thrilled with my order. My burgers was missing toppings I paid extra for. I ordered 2 big party burgers and ended up with one regular party and one big party. So do I have to sit inside to eat for them to get an order correct? Ridiculous!

The texture of the mwat was good but kind of , I had the sweet potato fries as a side... No drink and it came up to around 11 dollars. I prefer the burgers at Culvers for a portion of the price

Wow, the burgers at Smash Burger was amazing! I had a Buffalo & Bleu Cheese Burger, and it was one of the best burgers I ever had! The service was also very hospitable. Overall, I recommend this place!

It took more than a half hour to get my smash fries, and about 10 minutes for anybody to notice I was in line waiting to order. Haven't been here in a while and this place is going down fast. I can see the cook in the back completely confused, and being rude to the front of the house guys. Unlikely I'll be coming back.

Very clean, friendly staff and so many options to pick from. We loved that we could build our own sandwiches, including Patty (chicken, beef or veggie), roll (egg, whole wheat, gluten free) cheeses, toppings and extras. We will definitely be back as our entire group could enjoy their flexible menu

It's expensive, no meal deal, so $12 for a regular meal. It's a small burger but juicy. Excellent potato & Sweet potato fries. Service is slow, gotta watch the window for yours or it might get cold. Tasty turkey and moist grilled chicken. Casual seating.

Smash Burger was delicious, fries done perfect, shakes out of this world, and the serivce was great !!!!! Had a made to order burger, and they made it to a T, our first time there and we will go again !!!!
