I think the worker that made my smoothie purposely made it wrong because it didn't taste anything like I ordered. I did not have time to request a new one, but it's ridiculous because you tip before they make it, and the smoothies themselves cost more than meals.
I ordered a chocolate peanutbutter smoothie. It tastes like a keto smoothie without sugar, nor chocolate, nor peanutbutter. These artificial flavors literally tare up my digestive track and cause bleeding. So tired of incompetence.

Train your people, the person didn’t have a clue about how to use a coupon for a birthday. Flat out state he has no idea about the app and hasn’t been trained. I ended up just walking out and I will not be back to this location, nor probably any smoothie king again I was so disappointed In the lack of training.

I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. I've purchased 5 smoothies in less than 2 weeks, and only 2 were good made by the manager that was not working around 11am 6/29/23. Today was the last straw and I will never ever ever waste 8 bucks there ever again. The same disinterested "adult" made the drink with the same wrong ingredients every time (3 different days). Okay fine she's not good at her job. Then the "manager" came out angry that I wanted what I ordered. She "re-made" the drink alright, it was the most sour, strangely colored, foul drink... I tasted it & she just stared at me. I just turned around & left bc they clearly don't want my money, or anyone else's that I know. I will suggest anywhere but there.

Pick up a smoothy bcuz I was starving hadn't ate yet, It was about 1:30pm in the afternoon, took about 10min for my smoothis to be ready. I went to Walmart and got home a few hours past, suddenly I started getting sever stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting. What did they give me? Was this bcuz I didn't leave a tip? Do they use rotten fruit? I don't recommend this store, AT ALL!
