Train your people, the person didn’t have a clue about how to use a coupon for a birthday. Flat out state he has no idea about the app and hasn’t been trained. I ended up just walking out and I will not be back to this location, nor probably any smoothie king again I was so disappointed In the lack of training.

I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. I've purchased 5 smoothies in less than 2 weeks, and only 2 were good made by the manager that was not working around 11am 6/29/23. Today was the last straw and I will never ever ever waste 8 bucks there ever again. The same disinterested "adult" made the drink with the same wrong ingredients every time (3 different days). Okay fine she's not good at her job. Then the "manager" came out angry that I wanted what I ordered. She "re-made" the drink alright, it was the most sour, strangely colored, foul drink... I tasted it & she just stared at me. I just turned around & left bc they clearly don't want my money, or anyone else's that I know. I will suggest anywhere but there.

Products are good, how can it not be it's a franchise. But what a bunch of thunderclouds working there. You'd think they're being forced to work there. Been in there a few times and each time the attitudes are terrible. No basic communication, just sit at the register looking at you until you speak. I don't get how chick fila can somehow hire teenagers with common courtesy yet everywhere else is this level of service.

First off I want to say thank you to the staff who was super patient and helped answer any questions I had. Second I hate that there isn't a smoothie king around Boston so if you see this PLEASE OPEN ONE UP HERE. It's a great place to go for a post-workout protein shake. I have to say that although there is two locations I prefer this one I don't like the drive through location. This one is the better of the two!

Pick up a smoothy bcuz I was starving hadn't ate yet, It was about 1:30pm in the afternoon, took about 10min for my smoothis to be ready. I went to Walmart and got home a few hours past, suddenly I started getting sever stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting. What did they give me? Was this bcuz I didn't leave a tip? Do they use rotten fruit? I don't recommend this store, AT ALL!

Normally I have a good experience here but today the staff I haven't done business with before made it a horrible experience. The young woman working there operating the register and making orders made everyones smoothies and smoothie bowls using the same gloves she handles cash with! I watched her take cash, give change, then grab and cut fruit and put the all the chopped peeled bananas and other fruit in the bowls with the same gloves without a care... So disgusting! Also, she and the lady manager also refused to refund me the 10% Tuesday discount on my order for Crunch members that they forgot to enter, even before they started making the order. The cashier said she didn't know how to refund it and the manager came out and said "it's not worth my time to refund the 10% since it would only be such a small discount anyways..." ...Really???Keep the 10%, I'll never come back here. It's turned into the nasty unsanitary conditions of a low budget McDonnalds... so gross.

Omg! This place is amazing, I went there a couple days ago...AND WOW! There's smoothies r so good! But I had one Probleme... the strawberry smoothie was melted so it tasted like lemonade! But the first sip was amazing if only it wasn't melted I would give it a 5 stars, TOTALLY RECOMMEND STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE!!!

I order ahead a lot on the app, picking up at this location frequently. This store is always clean, the staff is always friendly and on top of it, even when they’re busy. It’s nice this location is next to Crunch for post workout smoothies, though most of my orders are in the morning for breakfast before going to work. This location has never messed up a smoothie- another has. Not to say it wasn’t their honest mistake but only to point out that when I get the same smoothie a second or third time, it always taste the same & it tastes good. They are consistent. They say they will make you another smoothie if you aren’t satisfied anyway! I love the enhancers. And customizing a smoothie on the app is really nice and convenient. Thanks for making this a regular in my order online routine!

My husband and I rode our motorcycle to enjoy a smoothie at smoothie king inside and I asked the employee for the wifi so I could work on a work document and he refused to provide the password and said it was for employees only.This is ridiculous for a customer sitting enjoying their smoothie in a store. Do not recommend drinking in.

Wow, $20 for two smoothies. Chick filet is now cheaper to eat at.Problem is that if I eat at chick filet I will die within two years because I have cholesterol problem Since they say I cant take my money with me to heaven then I will stay with smoothie king If I lose my current job I will have to work at smoothie king in order to extend my life to full value.

Employees are absolutely rude when handling an issue:/ I had to replace my smoothie bcs it was extremely tart like a sour head and he immediately grabbed it and tossed it back with annoyance. I was beyond shocked. I’m happy he was able to replace my drink for me but the way he handled it was definitely a little passive aggressive as if he’s tired of the customers today :/

THIS IS THE NASTIEST SMOOTHIE KING! Do yourself a favor and peek into the 'kitchen' area...I guarantee you'll never go back! There's black mold everywhere, the Blendee containers are disgusting, the top rim has so much nasty build up.. the whole place is nasty
