The smoothies are good, but it’s hit or miss if they are open, and it always smells like a dirty mop in this location. Unfortunately, only order from this location if you go into the store because the system takes your money whether they are open (during business hours) or not. Annoyed. Expecting a refund for my order today. Their voicemail is full, smoothie king HQ phone numbers don’t work either…terrible experience

Service STINGS at the Bee Ridge store! The young lady that helped me was rude. No hello. No thank you. I had to correct the order twice. The wrong smoothie was still made. When I expressed in disbelief that I’d had to correct the order twice and still got the wrong smoothie, the older man who served it said “oh boy” and went on to doing something. Pretty sure he’s the manager/owner. Only after my baffled stare did he say, “I could make you another one” in a bothered tone, waiting for me to ask him to correct the mistake. No I’m sorry about that or even a yikes smile. I said, no thank you. I will 100% happily drive 10 minutes to either of the sweet and efficient stores on Fruitville or Bay Rd.

I usually love going to smoothie king all the time, but today I went with my sister and I ordered angel food, which is just a strawberry and banana smoothie. But after we got back to our car I took a sip of it and I tasted peanut butter, which makes me think, do they wash their blenders well enough? I'm not trying to hate on smoothie king but this was greatly disappointing given the fact I don't like peanut butter. I do acknowledge that it was probably just the staff at the time though, not smoothie king's fault. This just greatly annoyed me.

I arrived at 7:40 pm and they didn't prepare me a coconut pitaya - supposedly because they close in 20 minutes, it seems to me that the employees didn't want to serve us

Went in late this past Sunday and boy was that the worse we could’ve done, there was a gentleman working there with blonde dreads who was very upset we made him do a smoothie, he was very very rude as he was taking our order he said I’ve been working here for 9 years, throwing around the kitchen supplies, not being customer service oriented whatsoever, I don’t know what his deal was but he should definitely be fired.
