Excellent fresh “skinny bowl” with grilled shrimp. The vegetables were fresh and the zucchini noodles added the perfect texture. Delicious!

This food is fresh and healthy. However the ordering on the kiosks is not ideal. Even when entering exactly I wanted in a build your own wrap, what they gave me couldn’t have been farther from what I ordered. It was still good though so I didn’t bother taking it back because we had already waited 20 minutes. I liked the food but service and wait time not so much.
So I’m not mad at So Fresh. This is more feedback on the company/leadership than the crew. I used to Run a Fresh Kitchen as a partner and I have also had bad days so there’s that.
Good was fresh so that’s good. Ingredients were so so. Like the pre packed teriyaki sauce first ingredient is sugar. Not really fresh ya know. Noodles were bland. Steak was 7/10. Not bad not great.
The main issue was food safety and training. So there’s was like a guy who was obviously like a regional manager or something and he was flustered cause the self order screens went down. He handled it okay and took our order the old fashioned way. As I waited for my food I watched them make the orders in the back. Two cooks were working while the shift lead or something was making smoothies. They all looked like they cared about their job and wanted to do well, but didn’t have the training, know how, or support to do things correctly. Grill cook never changed gloves in 7 mins of watching even though he touched raw protein, touched ready to eat bowls, including mine, and utensils. Instead of changing gloves he just wiped his gloves on his apron. Yucky. Grossed me out.
The other guy on cook line, had no socks on lol which was weird. He just had crocs with holes in them and sweat pants. Wild. Was like a mom and pop shop and not like a corporate restaurant. He also never washed his hands and was cleaning and pointed the knife away from him as he cleaned the table right towards his partner in the kitchen. I winced at the side of it. I definitely thought he was gonna get strapped in his thigh. He would clean everything with a dirty rag and then immediately take bare hands and touch food. Mine again lol.
The shift lead was working hard but same idea. Had better sanitary habits but you could tell he needed help.

The manager at this place is horrible. They keep sending my food. I ordered through DoorDash a bunch of times and they keep sending it either with no sauce at all or just they fill the sauce halfway up and you can’t eat the food with no sauce. it’s disgusting. It’s so bland and plain with the sauce. It’s great, but they just keep not putting sauce in even when I ask for extra I would not recommend this location. The manager is a complete jerk.

I ordered the food and it was ready on time and fresh and didn't need a bag or utensils no extra waste. The food tastes delicious and it's always arranged pleasantly and in an eye- catching way. I've been eating here for a couple years and I love it! Best fast salad in Sarasota.
