My first time eating here, I Googled healthy foods in sarasota and it popped up, so today after work I drove over. I really liked the food, I had the power bowl with grass fed steak and I had the quesedia, 5 stars on both dishes. I loved all the menu options. What impressed me the most was the work ethic of the guy cooking in the kitchen, it's been a long time since I seen such great work ethic from any one individual, dude ran the whole place by himself so efficiently, I only wish I had more money to leave as a tip for him. I hope sarasota locals give this place a chance and support it.Dietary restrictions: If you have very particular dietary needs, this place has you covered.
I love this place. All viable options on their menu are nutritious and healthy. No other place even compares. Great salad!

Great salad and artisan warm bowlsEnjoyed the ambiance. The new electronic screen ordering system was a bit confusing at first but a very helpful staff member walked me through it!

ok at first I was skeptical, but having looked at the menu again and I had the staff here share their favorite things- it works greatly. Good healthy food and good service from knowledgeable staff! Recommend highly!

I really love their menu. Unfortunately it just depends on who's cooking the food. Its either excellent or flavorless. $15 for a wrap should be excellent every time. I still go, but its frustrating.

They Did away with the build your own quesadilla, which is odd considering you end up building your own via removing and replacing ingredients from pre existing quesadilla options now anyway. Used to be AMAZING, however sense this change my chicken has been dry and lack luster. Hate to see one of my weekly staples make steps backwards won't be coming back for awhile

I order online while I'm on my way in to work. The orders are always ready and waiting for me to pick them up. Staff is friendly and the food is quick and delicious.
Terrible, not fresh at all. The ledge near the checkout had drinks on display and they all had mold…. I was afraid to eat my food after. Took 4 bites max. Tasteless and not fresh what so ever.

We ordered $62 worth of food. Salad was great and wrap too- but our third person ordered a cheese/chicken quesadilla. I'm almost embarrassed and took a picture! Now he'll have to get something else to eat! ;( & it was $15- for a little chicken and barely any cheese- a quesadilla should be melted together- this had literally nothing but tiny pieces of chicken. Embarrassing;(

This was honestly a horrible experience. I tried to order a quesadilla with chicken and they charged me $18?!?! The girl at the cash register told me that she had to charge me extra for rice and veggies. $18 is ridiculous, and she was not nice about it and did not tell me there would be extra charges until the food was prepared and ready. I don’t think I’ll ever come back and I’m going to tell my friends not to come here. The quesadilla wasn’t even good, thanks for nothing.
