Ordered two regular slices (mind I had their pizza before and it was delicious) through DoorDash. Pizza was not the regular slice, two huge pieces of bread (square shaped) 90% uncooked raw dough and little bit of cheese and sauce. Literally I had to threw it away. Extremely disappointed because my first experience eating their pizza was great.

I ordered the calzone since I have heard amazing things about it. And it 100% was worth if! First off it’s huge it could feed 2-3 people! It was perfectly cooked and well balanced with the cheese and the meatballs I added to it. I can’t wait to go back and try some other ideas from the menu! Thank you guys for the awesome products!

It was good, not exactly my style off Pizza but overall very good, had the Delux pie, im used to more sauce and cheese back in Indianapolis but crust was really good, ordered over phone and walked over for pick up, the staff was super friendly and place looked very clean.

Pleased with their pizza.

What an experience - well worth sharing. Will start by saying I have ordered from here regularly for last several years. Last few orders have been delayed, not up to par, but tonight was extra unacceptable in my opinion.

I orderded an x-large pizza and cheesy bread with meatballs to be picked up at 6pm. I roll in at 6pm on the dot. Say I am here for my order, the lady says its almost ready. As I am at counter I can see my pizza - half special veggie and half pepperoni sausage. I sit down and expect to receive it in a few moments.

I then see the lady put my pizza with my name on top of the oven. I then sit and watch over the next 20 minutes as the cook makes a cheesy bread with meatballs, places it in the oven and cooks it. All right in front of me - without a word said to me the whole time.

Multiple people whose pizzas were finished after mine came in and got orders. Not a word to me about the wait. Nothing. A sat patiently on my stool and waited.

After exactly 20 minutes of sitting there watching, the lady calls me up for my order. Says “thank you… have a good night.”

Got home and as expected the cheesy bread was hot and pretty decent - the pizza was literally cold. (i live less than 10 minutes away)

At no point did they do what a solid business would do - a) say we messed up - your order will take another 20 minutes. b) can I offer you a beer or drink while you wait. c) you won’t have the pay for that item d) we will make a fresh pizza too so that it isnt a crappy cold pizza because we care about 1) our customers and 2) our product.

Speaks volumes about the character of the company… This kind of experience is how you lose a customer forever. A simple “We’re sorry, your order is gonna take a little longer” would seem to be the minimum. Ridiculous.
