I’m so upset. I drove an hour out of my way just to get to this sonic since we don’t have one closer and my son has been begging for it ever since we moved down here.. I got there and it was closed. The sign says sorry for any inconveniences.?? really? This place needs to be listed as closed down online! People are driving here when gas is expensive just to find out that it’s closed when you get there. It is so wrong. And why the heck are there so few sonics in Southwest Florida?!?!

I was really excited to go to sonic before my flight. Was truly disappointed to find out it was closed even though google maps says it is open? The place looked abandoned and had a homeless person camped outside. Very disappointed in the communication.

I don't like to post negative comments but this location was not good. Only the drive thru was open and was given someone else's order. The buns were soggy. The onion rinds were delicious though. The two men that were working were trying very hard so nothing negative to say about them. I hope they are able to find some employees.

We ordered 2 sonic blasts and a hot fudge sundae. They said they can't make sundaes right now. When we got the blasts they were like soup. Runnier than a milkshake and barely any mix ins. So gross.

the lady taking my order was VERY rude and disrespectful. Definitely feel like my foods going to get spit in. and they have “no ice cream.” Will not be coming back here.

The burger was dry like it was forgotten under a heat lamp. The fries were good. That was my first experience but I think I'll give it another
The guy working at the drive through is completely inappropriate. When making a mobile order and picking it up today at the drive through. He told me to go make the order at the stall then go back through the drive through to pick it up. I have always just told them my name at the drive through and gotten my food. All of the stalls aren't operational except for one, which had a car in it, so I was forced to wait. The guy proceeds to walk out of the business and yell at me in a very aggressive tone that I need to come back through the drive through. Even the person I was on the phone with during the time heard him yelling at me. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED in that guys behavior and how he treated the situation. Will never be coming back to this Sonic ever again and will be telling my friends to stay far away as well. No worker should be yelling at its customers when they are just confused about the situation. It could've been handled way differently. I never write reviews, but had to for this establishment once I got my food. What a disgrace.

Stay away from this sonic. Manager/owner is completely rude to customers, refuses to give out his name or store number. Order was incomplete and wrong because he barks the total at you before your done ordering. You'll know when your talking to the owner, he has that "im angry at the world for working in fast food at 40 years old" attitude. Cant miss him.

Just tried to place a order at the drive through, the female working the window was extremely rude, we chose to go elsewhere.. this is the 1st time I’ve been treated rudely at this Sonic, they are always really nice there..she just ended my visits to this Sonic

I grew up eating Sonic cheeseburgers in Texas. They had delicious burgers in Texas and still do. They should close all locations in Florida. Very slow service and the food has just become awful. The one on University Parkway in Sarasota and the one in Bradenton are truly horrible
