Sophie’s Sarasota

We love eating at Sophie's. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant and the food is very good.

Once again Mike, Dino, and the incomparable chef have knocked one out of the park. Every time my husband and I come we are treated like royalty. This time we brought guests who also loved the experience. From the bread basket to the signature bread pudding the food was amazing. Best salads and salad dressings anywhere. Excellent coffee. Fabulous service. Sophie's is the best!

It's a pleasure to dine at Sophie's. The food is continuously amazing, and the staff is always polite and attentive.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure if dining at Sophie’s, in Saks Fifth Avenue in Sarasota. What an amazing experience. The decor both inside and outside so chic. We had Matty as our waitress. She was spot on with top notch service and a wonderful personality. We started with a bread basket of assorted toppings, delicious. He had the Tai chicken. Well prepared and perfect with seasoning. I had on of the best burger ever. Cooked and seasoned perfectly at medium rare with tasty fries. The manager checked on us several times, a nice touch you don’t see anymore. If you happen to be in the area at the mall, I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.

I dine here regularly. It's my favorite place for lunch in the UTC area. Wonderful food with daily specials, great staff and quiet, calming atmosphere on most days--unless there's a ladies party!

Always a treat to come to Sophie's. Great hidden gem inside Sak's. The food is amazing. It's a small intimate place. Great to stop here for lunch while shopping or for lunch with the girls.

We always have a great time at Sophie's! Food was great and the service is way beyond great! We all had the Avenue burger (they were cooked as ordered, which is getting harder to find these days) and had just the right amount of toppings. We will be back!

Mike, the manager, and Dino, who was our Server, were both fantastic and went above and beyond to be sure that our visit was memorable. The food was outstanding as always!

Sophie's at Saks Fifth Avenue in Sarasota offers a special and intimate dining experience! Mike does a great job overseeing every aspect of their restaurant operations and Dino helped us have a wonderful dining experience. He helped us with our every request. The Avenue Burger is excellent and not to be underestimated. If you are looking for a special and memorable dining experience at UTC this is the place to go. We love it and visit Sophie's often!

We hosted a group of 18 people in the side section of the restaurant. The food was excellent, the venue gorgeous and the service attentive. Would do an event of this size here again!

From start to finish, outstanding! The food, the service and atmosphere were impeccable. Our server, Lyanna, was truly a gem.

Met a friend from high school at Sophie's for lunch. We had not seen each other for several years. Our server was so great, and checked on us regularly but not overly bothersome. We were essentially left undisturbed for 2+ hours so we could catch up on events over the past few years. The lunch entrees were delicious, and the dessert was truly decadent! Sophie's is an exceptional restaurant, and we'll be back soon.

Always a good choice for lunch. One slip up - left the cheese off my steak sandwich but everything else was fine!

Great atmosphere! Friendly attentive and staff! Homemade chips were the best I've ever had. Salmon sandwiches had a great sauce!

Sophie’s is a fantastic lunch spot. Their salads are great. The burger is great. I don’t think I’ve had anything I didn’t like. Even their unsweetened iced tea is good. It’s fresh not fake. And the breads and spreads - yum!
