What a find! If you are willing to wait it’s definitely worth it. Bar is open to grab a beer and relax while you are waiting. Staff is AMAZING. Live music is always a bonus and the food was INCREDIBLE.Food is fresh…we had the bacon wrapped sea scallops (Green Egg Grill), jalapeño pork belly roasted oysters (Green Egg Grill), both only available with dinner. Grilled tiki corn, daily fresh caught local gulf fish (we had triple tail) and the triple tail fish and chips. Service was great and the servers were friendly and knowledgable.Big shout out to Megan (the hostess with the mostest) definitely kept things moving smoothly. Our server Amanda was friendly, attentive and knowledgable. We would recommend this restaurant to any one visiting Siesta Key.

Incredible place! For every two week stay my husband and I are on Siesta Key we dine at Spearfish at least 5 times. The food is great and it’s always fun to listen to the live music. The casual open air atmosphere makes us feel like locals instead of visitors. Honestly, it’s Taylor, Meg, Bri, Drew, A, Jaz and Jeremy that work at Spearfish that make us want to go back so often. They are so friendly and personable and always are genuinely happy to see us. They all work together so well and that contributes to a relaxing and memorable experience. We look forward to seeing them all again soon!

Excellent service and amazing food! It's located in a tiki hut right on a dock. Our service was of the chart! I had one of the local catches of the day, blackened, on tacos. Unbelievable, best fish taco I have ever had in my life! Keep it up Spearfish! Thanks for making our lunch incredible! Our server made us feel so welcome and recommended my lunch like a pro.

Lunch there today. Had choices of Grouper, Hogfish, Cripple Tail, which most places don't. App selection good enough to just have apps for lunch which we did. $15 wine corkage for BYO is reasonable considering the substandard menu wine offerings.
