Starbucks is a welcoming restaurant with a long-standing reputation for excellent service. Despite changes in staff, the team consistently provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. The outdoor seating area offers a convenient spot to relax. The downtown team is particularly notable for their exceptional customer service, greeting customers and ensuring orders are accurate.
The baristas are friendly, fast, and great at their jobs. They appear to be dog friendly, as many well-behaved pups come in to sit quietly with their humans. There's also lots to do nearby, including the Opera House, Whole Foods, parks, and shopping. The customer service is always excellent, and any underprivileged customers have never caused issues. Access to the restrooms requires a code from the staff, which is never a problem.
Customers enjoy the large, shaded outdoor eating and sitting area, which is uncommon for Starbucks locations. The baristas are attentive and provide a great experience.
