The baristas are friendly, fast, and great at their jobs. We pop in while we're visiting family from out of state and the baristas are always incredibly kind and patient when we have questions. They appear to be dog friendly, as I've run into many (very well behaved!) pups who come in to sit quietly with their humans. There's also lots to do nearby, including the Opera House, Whole Foods, parks, and shopping!

Cannot speak to the negative reviews, respectfully, but always excellent Customer Service, and (despite being located Downtown), any underprivileged customers have NEVER given me or the environment unintentional issues every time I’m here.
Friendly FYI: access to Restrooms require a code from Staff, respectively, but again, that’s never an issue.

Ordered a tomato mozzarella panini and they gave me chicken. Most incompetent Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from. Won’t be returning as this food is WAY too expensive to get wrong like that.

Worst barista. I asked for an iced coffee with a sprig of mint. He said no sprigs - just sweet mint syrup. I said just iced coffee. He rang it up as a latte (with cream).
I said no. Just ice coffee. It rang up as $3 something. I showed him my phone to pay.
He got confused and wanted to make a latte.
I said no. To make it easier for him, I said an iced Americano.
It rang up as $4 something. I said no, just a $3-something iced coffee. He said I had to pay what the POS said. I said no. He looked at me blankly. I left.
I have been coming to this location for almost 12 years and it’s always been a great experience!! Although the staff has changed several times over the years, they always have friendly outgoing people!!

It's a clean and nice Starbucks, the girl who served me the ice tea today was awesome, I went outside, I was happy I had like 45 min to stay there and relax... Until, 10min later, another girl who work there asked me to start packing and leave, because they were closing the Outside area before the shop closes in full, she made everybody stand up, like 4 tables, including mine... I didn't run, so she stay standing at my side, saying "I need to pick up these chairs too" The shop closes 7:30 pm, she started picking up the outside chairs at 6:40... There is no sign or instructions that says, the outside part of the store closes earlier... So, a Bad Experience, as I don't think it wasn't my right to stay there until closing time if I wanted it... She made me feel that if I was violating some rules or something... really rude, and Unnecessary.

This Starbucks is very judgemental and is discriminating me. I do thank them for having free ice water and free hot water and a charging table and bathroom but today like every day my husband and I were inside bought a coffee and were talking. I put my head down and a worker not even on the clock yet runs inside from outside slams her hands next to my face and tells me I can't be sleeping. I said I'm not and my husband tells her we were having a conversation. This same employee yells at us every single day about things everyone else does daily. She is judging us because we are homeless. We are not bums we both have jobs.Speaking about jobs, this specific location says they are hiring. I put my application in as well as a resume with no call and treated like dirt while we drink coffee there every morning by this same red headed staff member. I am over qualified with 8 plus years customer service experience I worked at Rivian and have 4 years experience quality control specialist experience and so on with all the fast food and teacher experience as well. I'm not mad about it I found a job but I am feeling extremely discriminated against specifically by this location and staff member I'll find her name out later and update, but because they know I'm homeless so they didn't hire me and now treat me like dirt while I'm there. This happens every day. I am there every single morning 7 days a week before they even open. That's why I applied for the job because I was already there every day doing nothing but sipping coffee I thought I'd share my experience as an asset to the team. But I will never want to work with a girl so judgemental and for a company who does in fact discriminate their community.

The staff members are very unprofessional. This is the worst Starbucks store I have ever visited. The staff members were gossiping irrelevant and the content made me uncomfortable. Their words such as "go back to your country", "slam the customer xxx" and "xxx deserves SARS ", "xxx doesn't know what it is supposed to taste like", are racism and discrimination speech.I love Starbucks but this store has fallen short of the average service. The staff members were the worst I have seen.
