Homeless camp right across street from outdoor seating area. They were camped at the library. Went 2 days in a row because I was in the area for business. 2nd day, homeless guys were hanging out in the Starbucks outdoor seating area while I was having lunch.

They make sure my orders are right every time and they make sure to always wish me a great day . I work in customer service and this team kills it everyday . Last visit was my last visit. Arrived at opening, homeless swarmed front door, occupied both restrooms, others in line for "if it is free, it is for me, water, ice, etc. Piled their junk on the tables, use the electricity, WiFi. Paying customers had to wait. Left because I would have been late to work. Yes, some still do have jobs, lives, priorities. If you wanted to dine in, you probably could not get a table due to what I described.

Wonderful place right on the corner of downtown Sarasota cozy Star Bucks with an outdoor area and is pet friendly. 90% of the seating indoor and outdoors is set up in a manor consistent with what appears to be ADA standards making it perfect for people in wheelchairs!

Worst experience ever! No whipped cream for our frappes then they can’t even break a large bill. The line was so backed up we had to wait on US 41 with my clicker and worry about being rear ended.

The employees are friendly and attentive; and drinks are right as you would expect a Starbucks to do. But I had to take two stars away because last few times I've gone I noticed a serious homeless people problem. Nothing against them getting some much needed relief form the heat, but they take over the indoor seating, bring their bulky luggage/backpacks and and simply campout there. Making matters worse, they will eat open canned food (spaghettis from what I saw) with no objection from management. That is not acceptable. Part of the reason one goes to Starbucks is for the trendy café ambience, and if that is taken away then it becomes a less than average coffee shop.

Collin is amazing ! I work down the road and he always greets me as soon as I walk-in. He has my drink made quickly and honestly I think he's the best at making my coffees . The employees there are so sweet and the work hard as hell. Give Collin a raise !!

Warm and welcoming as soon as I came in the door. The barista was very friendly. He was polite. He made my beverage extremely quick. The location was very clean. As I got out to my car however, there was a gathering of homeless people beginning to camp out at the door right next to theirs.
