The waitress Vanessa served me hot milk with a poorly closed lid. It spilled. Even big lawsuits don't teach them anything. She was also rude. She poured cinnamon on my hand and didn't apologize. The worst service I've ever seen at a Starbucks in the US.

A long line for coffee and staff moping around like they clearly don’t want to be here (especially the girl taking orders). One leaves in the middle of the rush. We just want our coffee and be on our way. At least the girl making the coffee tried to do her best and apologized for the wait. The place is also dirty.

Baristas have time to talk with each other, flirt and discuss fashion while there is a half of a target waiting in line. It took more than 30 minutes to get my cappuccino. Slowest service ever.

This was my first really bad review on a Starbucks.
The place was a disaster. It was a complete mess trash everywhere tables, dirty floors, dirty counters were dirty. I was standing there for several minutes while neither of the girls spoke to me or said anything to me. I asked where I’m supposed to order she looked at me, turned around and went back to making a coffee and did not tell me or speak . I asked again no answer. Then the other girl came down several minutes later and told me I was in the wrong place to order.
I got my usual drink with sweet cold foam and she forgot to add it even though I paid for it when I asked if she put it in there, she said no they ran out, so you were not gonna tell me or refund me lol terrible service
The girl with a really long black hair is more concerned with her phone than customers than the service and the quality of her store.

I ordered the mango dragonfruit lemonade and been wait for a while, they told the name Anna and that’s not my name. I came to asked about my order and they gave me this drink. They told me that their run out of the purple dragonfruit but this drink taste the same. Alright, so I drink the lemonade ?

I have waited over a month to hear from the manager of this Starbucks about the rudeness of his employee. When waiting for my order I watched six customers being served before a minority customer, even though he had ordered first (and a very simple order at that). When I questioned the barista if he had this gentleman's order, he invited me to grab an apron in the back and work on it myself. WOW! I rarely go into this Starbucks and now will not visit again because obviously the manager really doesn't care. On another note....this Starbucks always seems a little gritty and unclean. Starbucks!!! The competition is out there!
This Starbucks is hands down the best in the area. They are always friendly and ALWAYS make my drink just the way I like it. Today I went to a different Starbucks (my mistake) and was left with this pathetic excuse of a drink. It’s not even full. THIS Starbucks inside target would never allow a customer to experience this. Love you guys!!
