They sit there just talking, fill your cup halfway and just call it good, their mixing cups are visibly dirty, no receipt and I don't exactly know what is going on in that dudes head as he just sits there blankly forgetting he works there and needs to speak at some point. I gave them another chance recently and had a good experience with a kid working there, then today with this guy and girl was just obnoxious. Save some time and just do drive through across the street, at least they are clean and will get the drinks right, as well as adding in just a hint of customer service.

Wouldn’t normally rate a Starbucks but this one is standout. The staff are exceptional, they create a welcoming comfortable atmosphere and nice vibe. The product is standard but this place is definitely a stellar place to enjoy it. The management foster a fun energetic team. Bravo

I know what starbucks drinks are supposed to taste like because I work at a different one and these baristas do NOT make them right. I get a strawberry acai lemonade with peach juice and I don’t even know what they did wrong because nothing tasted right. I asked them to remake it, saying it tasted watered down and when I got it again it tasted the exact same. I’ve heard that the baristas are not trained properly at target so I assume thats why.

They made my order wrong, I asked for matcha with oatmilk with cost more, and they gave me regular milk, which changes completely the taste. Also, the girl was really confusing when my husband asked if the shaken brown sugar expresso was available hot.

Manager dismissive and obnoxious. Clearly undertrained. Her lack of desire to make it right was clear with a refund offer that sounded more like screw you. I even asked her to repeat herself for a bad review. I got a cold antagonistic company line with zero accountability over 15 minutes for 1 drip coffee that was already brewed. The line of cars was not beyond the order point, just thought going in would get better service. Wrong, very wrong. We deserve better.
