Im 60 years old and would never step foot in a stupid Starbucks - I was given a gift card. First time ever going to a Starbucks, EVER.. 2 smallish drinks came to $13.86 - Hahahaha, WHAT A JOKE!! I cant believe people would pay that. I got mocha something and she got vanilla something. The drinks tasted ok.. The 15 minute wait was foolish, I just sat and waited... No complaints on the SERVERS. ( Baristas? Give me a break ) That place is for FOOLS!

When I expressed my concern over the item I received being incorrect, they did nothing. When I contacted customer service, they said they would send my concern to the store manager. I won't go back again. It's very disappointing that the food items have gone up in price and have become smaller, and the quality is terrible. I haven't been back in over a year and thought I would give them a second chance. See pictures of the menu and what I actually got. It was smaller than the palm of my hand, and the taste was not good either.

Likely the best atmosphere Starbucks of the Sarasota Area.... It is very high on cleanliness as well.
...but for some reasons all SWEETENERS are hidden behind the counter.

MUSIC IS ALWAYS BLASTING HERE!! WHICH MAKES EVERYONE YELL INSTEAD OF TALKING!!I thought this was a coffee shop.And the mucic their playing is horrible. Far from coffee shop music.Far beyond annoying. This will be my last time coming here.
