I came with my girlfriend as usual to buy coffee, and we ordered iced lattes with vanilla syrup. He put cream on top when it's not supposed to be on them, and the coffees tasted like water. I asked if he could change them, and he just started laughing and told me to leave.

Im 60 years old and would never step foot in a stupid Starbucks - I was given a gift card. First time ever going to a Starbucks, EVER.. 2 smallish drinks came to $13.86 - Hahahaha, WHAT A JOKE!! I cant believe people would pay that. I got mocha something and she got vanilla something. The drinks tasted ok.. The 15 minute wait was foolish, I just sat and waited... No complaints on the SERVERS. ( Baristas? Give me a break ) That place is for FOOLS!

Wouldn’t normally rate a Starbucks but this one is standout. The staff are exceptional, they create a welcoming comfortable atmosphere and nice vibe. The product is standard but this place is definitely a stellar place to enjoy it. The management foster a fun energetic team. Bravo

When I expressed my concern over the item I received being incorrect, they did nothing. When I contacted customer service, they said they would send my concern to the store manager. I won't go back again. It's very disappointing that the food items have gone up in price and have become smaller, and the quality is terrible. I haven't been back in over a year and thought I would give them a second chance. See pictures of the menu and what I actually got. It was smaller than the palm of my hand, and the taste was not good either.
