Had the best experience with a gentleman named Felipe. He was funny, got my name right, and he got to know me as a person and as a customer. The customer after me just asking for a water cup is outrageous. Why go to the mall to not spend a dime? Stay home if you are not prepared to spend at least a little money ($5 for a drink is not that much, or just buy bottled).

The cashier Josh was amazing, If i got his name wrong he has blonde hair, glasses and he’s younger. He is for sure a keeper ! But the older man in the store needs to be talked too. I’m so tired of going to starbucks and being YELLED at by employees when i’m a paying customer. This man yelled at my friend and embarrassed her infront of everyone when he could’ve nicely asked her to put her feet down. I was going to confront the man for how disrespectful he was to us when we are paying customers (not just teens wasting space in their store) but i chose not too because of the cashier Josh. Do better.

Absolutely love this Starbucks! I find myself coming here sometimes twice a week because it's such a welcoming spot. The crew is always friendly and there's never a long line, which is a huge plus. Felipe and Lisa always nail my drink order perfectly. I honestly prefer stopping by and chilling here for a bit over dealing with drive-thru lines. You guys are awesome, keep it up!

To whom it belongs.Yesterday I had the worst experience in this store. While doing some shopping we decided to go in with my parents to have a coffee, my mother was in a wheelchair.It being 4:50pm and waiting for our coffees, an employee who says his name is Felipe said that we had to leave since they had to close.I find this employee's service UNACCEPTABLE since Starbucks has always stood out for service. The other employee was perfect.We are people who deserve respect.I ask those in charge of this establishment to do something about it.

I told the barista I had rewards, and she told me “Sorry we don’t accept rewards here.” Lol, then I saw this sign.

Pretty bad Starbucks. Took 20 minutes to make two Americanos. I mean, you could GROW the beans faster. Tables, chairs and floor dirty. Barista with the red hair has a pretty awful attitude.If CEO Howard Schulz wants to see what’s gone wrong with Starbucks, he should start right here.Shame because it’s a great location with lots of customers.

This Starbucks inside Macy's at University Town Center in Sarasota is a good Starbucks location that you can get your order while shopping. The location is convenient and it is easy to get in and out of when you are on the move. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.
