I ordered a mobile order for pickup at the counter. Well my bagel was done before my coffee so I grabbed it and started putting the butter on it while waiting. I was then told not to grab my order until all of it was complete when I went to grab my coffee. Which was weird because if you didn’t want me to grab my order why put it on the counter where the to go stuff is. Maybe put up a divider if that’s how you want to do it and not scold customers and try to embarrass them.

Beverages are good like all Starbucks. Food is okay and a little better than McDonald's. Counter service is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean, both the men's and the women's according to what my wife experienced. I had some kind of fruit drink but not a smoothie. It tasted similar to a Crystal Light drink and was $4.95. Since we had access to a clean bathroom and spent about $10 for 2 beverages, I was satisfied.

I regularly go through the drive-thru during the busy morning rush and the baristas are so friendly and personable! No matter how busy it is, they are patient and kind. It makes my mornings and appreciate this location so much!

I had a regular Starbucks habit and am only going to this location because my home was destroyed via flood and I have moved temporarily. I go through the drive thru very early in the morning with hope of convenience, consistency and a breakfast that isn't 1,000 calories. This location has a light attached to the drive thru that is blinding. I understand safety concerns but it is excessive and makes for a very unpleasant start to the day seeing spots while driving. I don't dare mention this to staff because I have previously asked if the 4 ingredients of my drink order can be mixed together so I can just drink it and have been met with attitude, shrugged shoulders and the suggestion to "just shake it around a bit". I don't want to shake a cup of coffee in my car. Instead of going 5 days a week I go once a week or less.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The customer service I experienced this morning was beyond incredible. I usually bring my German Shepherd through the drive-thru once a week for a pup cup. Tragically, I have to put him down tomorrow, so I came today for one last pup cup. When I asked if I could pay extra for a bigger pup cup, they insisted on giving it to me for free. They also gave me a free Trenta-sized drink and a chocolate dessert for him too. The employees were so kind and compassionate that it brought me to tears. Their empathy in such a difficult moment means more to me than words can express. I want to deeply praise every single person working this morning and ensure their kindness doesn't go unrecognized. I will forever be grateful and will always come back to this Starbucks. ❤️
