This is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The customer service I experienced this morning was beyond incredible. I usually bring my German Shepherd through the drive-thru once a week for a pup cup. Tragically, I have to put him down tomorrow, so I came today for one last pup cup. When I asked if I could pay extra for a bigger pup cup, they insisted on giving it to me for free. They also gave me a free Trenta-sized drink and a chocolate dessert for him too. The employees...
Jess at Starbucks was so sweet and helpful. I messed up my order on a very busy morning, and she effortlessly helped me out. This attention to customers is so hard to come by! This is our go-to Starbucks given it's location to our home and, 9 out of 10 times, we go through the drive-thru. The folks who work here are great but the drinks, specifically the amount given, are inconsistent. I order a flat white and my cup is rarely ever filled. I know the cup cannot be filled to the brim but my cup shouldn't only be filled 3/4 or 2/3 of the way. I thought maybe this is just the way flat whites are made nowadays but when I ordered the iced lavender...
