Super friendly staff! Andrew the manager greeted me and made sure I was taken care. Andrew has a well run store and clearly cares about customer service. Picked up my usual pink drink and also a peppermint mocha and tomato mozzarella for my husband. Everything delicious!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for 2 years now. The staff here are always very welcoming when I walk in. They know me by name and make sure I have my drink made perfectly every time. In today’s world where corporations are losing their ability to feel like they care; this Starbucks in particular has never made me feel that way.
I’m not just a customer when I walk in here, I’m a neighbor… a friend. That means a lot to me. The staff are always so friendly and thoughtful.

Guy at the drive through window had waist length stringy hair, ordered 2 hot drinks and asked for sleeves, we were then told they are out of them, no offer for an extra cup. This establishment is not well managed nor is the hiring process refined.

Each time I come here, I either get a wrong order or burnt coffee. The staff is nice but they need to taste test the coffee they give out
Whoever made berenices order the matcha you made it amazing and ily for it just made my whole day
In the maybe 30 minutes I was here with my daughter, I watched this one employee, fat, taller guy, probaly in his 50’s or 60’s, I think his name was Vince, he made super creepy remarks on my 14 year old daughters looks to the point where we had to leave because of how uncomfortable she was. They need to let him go.

The staff should not argue with the customer about a product you serve stating you don’t have it when it’s literally advertised in the store. And yes, they had it, and it was made. My whole order was wrong though because the smart mouth employee was too busy being wrong and messed my drink up.

Contrary to some of the other negative reviews, I had a great experience here. Staff was super friendly and very quick. Also, sometimes you never know what flavor complexion you’re going to get, but they nailed the caramel macchiato. Highly recommended

This particular branch continues to be very inconsistent with getting the orders right. Ordered two venti drinks yesterday and they were perfect, ordered the same two today and they both had to be remade. One was supposed to be hot and came out iced, the other I requested no foam and it had 4 inches of foam. I could tell as soon as they handed me the cup that it was wrong by how light it was. You have to check each drink prior to leaving the drive thru window as too many times you get home and the order is not right.

UPDATE 10/20. SAME MOBILE ORDER DIFFERENT LOCATION. THE BARISTA AT BEE RIDGE SAYS VENTI ALWAYS COME WITH 3 SHOTS OF ESPRESSO REGARDLESS OF WHAT TYPE OF ESPRESSO YOU WANT ON YOUR COFFEE.
BUT THE MIDPLAZA TELLS ME OTHERWISE THAT I WAS WRONG THAT THE FOAM MAKES IT LIGHTER. CLEARLY THEY ARE WRONG ABOUT MY COFFEE. REMAKING MY COFFEE ISNT GONNA MAKE ME COMEBACK. I JUST SAVE THEM A HASSLE BECAUSE ONE OF THE BARISTA COULDN'T DO IT RIGHT.
this is the second time they made my coffee not right. I usually get the same order to any store, its always this store that doesn't do it right.
When I came to pick up my mobile order, my coffe has this light color. I am drinking milk laced with espresso. I asked the barista, this is way too light for my coffee and is he sure he used the espresso signature he said he did and used only one shot? Like this is a venti? why on earth would you guys put 1 shot on a venti? I literally am just replacing the blonde espresso to a signature espresso.
I always come here so disappointed.
In my mobile order it says 3shots on a venti when you order.
I called and spoke to someone on the phone saying because of the cold foam and the milk, it makes it lighter. I don't think they know they suppose to come with 3 shots on a venti.
I order the same drink since they came out for the season and they were always darker with signature espresso. Only this store has this problem with this drink apparently. I did not even drink it, however i will return it back and ask for refund today. To make even worse, mobile order is suppose to be quick, i am going to work and don't have tome to wait for a remake.
