The breakfast sandwich I git at 8:30 Am tasted like it was made the day before. Cheese was dry and crunchy. Very disappointing to pay that much for garbage.

Ordered a venti latte and was given a half full cup. The guy said it’s full!!! I’m like no I open the cup and it’s half empty and he wouldn’t fix it he just offered to add milk. Probably two dollars extra for a half empty cup. Won’t come back to this location

This Starbucks location is always clean, and customer service is always nice and friendly. I don’t live here anymore, but every time I’m in town, this is always my to go Starbucks.

online order is never ready when i get there, no matter how early i place it, even when there are no other customers in store or drive through. they’ve served me half cold sandwiches before. this place is constantly understaffed. today they gave me the wrong bakery item without mentioning it. this is by far the worst starbucks i’ve been to. it’s not a one time thing either, every time i’ve gone it’s been a super unpleasant experience.

consistent quality, and convenient, friendly staff, quick service, they customized my drinks with to exactly we wanted.Overall, clean and nice environment for both work and relaxation, along with tasty coffee and snacks.
I am happy with what I ordered, Matcha Crème Frappuccino - my new favorite! I did order extra caramel but doesn’t seem they put extra. Nice & clean new building.

Went to the drive-thru. The wait was a bit long even though there were no other cars & didn't look busy inside.But I know they recently opened at this new location, so they were short-staffed.The employee could've done better by offering napkins, optional toppings for the Frappuccino & bag for the sandwich (which is served in an open envelope-like small bag) ?. However, I was pleased that she handed over the credit/debit card device to me for privacy ?!I got my usual favorites: Mocha Frappuccino & the Impossible Sandwich (a Breakfast sandwich made with Eggs, Cheese & Vegetarian meat substitute patty that tastes like sausage, but better - I forgot to take a picture since I was starving from fasting for bloodwork). The PROS: they're both delicious & the sandwich is always well heated. The CONS: they're both expensive, particularly the Impossible Sandwich (& other breakfast sandwiches) which is too small & smaller than the average vegetarian meat-less patty.Nevertheless, I'm glad they're now closer to where I live. I did try ordering for delivery after downloading their app. But it seems they don't deliver at all. Also, I really wish they'd have more than 2 - 3 options for bagels & cream cheese. They only have plain bagels & another choice I'm not interested in. It's the same issue with their cream cheese: either plain or something unappealing. Also, I wish they'd add to their menu: Sesame, Poppy & Blueberry bagels. It's especially frustrating since I won't order again from Panera Bread for delivery after the first 2 times: I got lousy service from the managers & employees, they messed up my orders both times, they overcharged me $40 MORE & refused to refund that money.How on earth will I be able to get my favorite fresh bagels & coffee from now on - especially without my own transportation anymore?!?! Starbucks needs to run Panera out of business!
Vegetarian options: The Impossible Sandwich is available with a meat-less Vegetarian patty that's supposed to taste like sausage (but better). It should be more clearly labeled as Vegetarian. As a Vegan, it's disappointing the sandwich contains real eggs & cheese. Also, the size is too small for how expensive it is. I suggest that Starbucks adds strictly Vegan options & dishes without charging the customer more simply because it's Vegan. It would also be a GREAT improvement if Starbucks stops charging extra for Vegan substitutions such as Almond Milk, Oat Milk, etc.

I finished my tall iced matcha tea latte pretty much in less than 5 sips and was so confused at first, but realized that it was all because the cup was full of ice. Did they learn this nasty tactic from clubs and bars to save money and ingredients?! ? Never had this experience elsewhere but learned to always order my matcha hot from now on.

If their delivery truck is parked by the door expect to be stuck in the one-way parking lot for 15-30 minutes.This is NOT the fault of the truck driver, the store is at fault for not providing a proper delivery access. This is a huge failure on Starbucks design team to build a store without providing space for their 18 wheel delivery trucks to park and unload.If you get stuck, do NOT give the driver a hard time, go inside and deal with the manager.Be kind, but firm, it’s not the trucker’s fault, it is the store’s fault.
