I've been coming here for a few months now and they're always really attentive. Sometimes it takes a bit long but considering the amount of customers (inside the store or out in the drive-thru), I believe they're very efficient. Everyone has also given me a great attitude. I love how they recognize me by now! 😀

My kids and I went to this Starbucks location this morning before school and the young man working the drive through was amazing!! I got a white chocolate mocha iced coffee and he told me that accidentally made an extra caramel macchiato iced coffee if I wanted it 😍heckyeah my oldest was so happy.we also got three cake pops and then the guy asked if the kids liked Pokemon witch they do.of.course lol he then grabbed four pokemon cards in sleeves and handed them to the kids.his customer service was above and beyond .this guy deserves a raise! Thankyou air for making our morning so amazing!!

Just had the best experience at Starbucks thanks to Sebs! She was super helpful and helped me pick out a drink I’d never tried before (and now I’m obsessed). She kept the convo light and fun, and her customer service was seriously top-tier. Shoutout to Sebs for making my coffee run extra awesome today!

I have no idea whats going on inside but it’s two days in a row where I have had to wait an extended period of time for my coffee, for one coffee. just yesterday Had me wait 25 minutes in line and I was late to work due to the delay and now today day two, they can’t find my order in the system when I place the order in store, it makes no sense. They work really slow even though there is a lot of people. They have to retrain the employees or do something. 100% unsatisfied
