The staff really goes above and beyond!! Amidst the humidity and heatwave, my sister and I came in to get cold bottled waters. One of the staff members offered to put ice into our Hydroflasks and pour more water into them so that we had enough. I didn’t catch her name but she had very vibrant and bright pink hair (which was very cool and fit her perfectly!) We literally talked about how nice a gesture that was for the entire day. Thank you for making our day and keeping us hydrated!!! <3

As someone that works on the circle and understands how stressful it can be, I appreciate the staff always being friendly and courteous to me and my staff. Cari remembers our names and always is so kind and talks to us when we come in to escape our workplace. Truly a phenomenal worker and always pleasant when I see her working.

Not a frequent customer of Starbucks and had no idea what to order. The employees were very helpful on both occasions when we were ordering. Everything was made right and had a great taste. Also friendly staff, one girl was constantly greeting people as they came in and she didn't miss a single one.

Order 3 bacon, sausage,egg wrap, with a terrible old sausage, smells and discolored sausage.My conclusions is that Starbucks getting lower quality and service , far away from performance of years ago , but prices increased dramatically.
