Im a frequent customer at Starbucks and was told I couldnt buy a water š¬. That i had to purchase something else and a get a water for free. I was willing to buy the water. Pretty shocked

This review is about the atmosphere, not the quality of food or service. Everyone is always kind and things all taste great.
But like another recent review mentioned, this Starbucks has a severe lack of seating. Iāve lived here my whole life, this is my Starbucks. The remodel has left this place feeling like a corporate hellscape airport Starbucks. There are only two small tables to sit at, and the vibe is gone. No more merch. No more coffee beans on display. No more places to sit around others and work. It is simply a place to grab food and go. You couldnāt eat inside even if you wanted to. They sacrificed the ācafeā for public bathrooms. Bathrooms for what? The two people who can sit there now? The people going through the drive thru? I donāt understand removing an entire cafe of seating for 2 bathrooms?
Itās just so obvious this was a terrible corporate decision to turn out as much product as possible. I hate to say, but itās likely Iāll never come here again š¤·š¼āāļø
I only like to pay for overpriced coffee if thereās a place I can enjoy it. Canāt justify a $6 latte if Iām basically shoved a handful of food/drink and shooed out the door.
And itās not like sitting outside is an option. Even if I wanted to, thereās no outlet for my computer to work. And anyway, itās too hot, and the corner of Bee Ridge and Beneva isnāt exactly a relaxing place to be.
Go a little farther down the road to Hashtag Cafe! They have plenty of seating, a family atmosphere, and a yarn shop! Sometimes they even give out free food and the good Wi-Fi if they know youāre working :)

Starbucks continues to impress with its delicious drinks, friendly staff, and clean, inviting atmosphere. Whether itās a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat, everything is consistently greatāfrom the quality of the coffee to the overall customer experience.
However, the biggest downside is the severe lack of seating. At this particular location, due to a recent remodel, there are currently only two tables available, which makes it almost impossible to find a spot to sit and relaxāespecially during busy hours. Itās a shame because the ambiance is perfect for working, reading, or catching up with a friend, but there just isnāt enough room to do so.
If they were able to expand the seating area or add more tables, it would make a huge difference. Until then, itās a fantastic place to grab your favorite drinkājust donāt expect to hang around for long.

I feel most people get the same quality of beverages at any Starbucks. If you are just looking to order your coffee and leave... this is the place for you. However, if you are wanting to sit and study it is AWFUL!!!! They got rid of tables and expanded their back. You need a code to use the bathroom. It is very loud inside even with headphones one as you can constantly hear the drinks being made. The staff was friendly. The place was clean. If you are looking at a good study spot I'd suggest the one off Clark Rd. but not here.
