Coming to Starbucks is like playing Russian roulette. I order something and I never really know what I'm going to get or if I'm going to get what I ordered. Sometimes my orders come with a little something extra like a bumblebee in your coffee. Yes that actually happened.

Another time I had expired milk in my coffee

But on a more common note I typically either don't get everything I ordered or I get something that I didn't order or the wrong item. Today I ordered a chai tea bag they gave me some mint citrus tea. I also ordered a cake pop didn't get it at all.

Once I ordered that sandwich that has the pesto on it and it came with absolutely nothing but the bread and egg no cheese no pesto.

Other times have come and the cup that they gave me was actually breaking down so the lid didn't fit. I wouldn't normally write a review for a massive chain because I know there's one star isn't going to make much of a difference but you would think they would get it right more often than not.

The quality of course isn't that great because you know but we're not coming here for the quality we're coming for The convenience. This is all happened within the last couple of months and I've been coming to Starbucks for years so whatever happened in the last couple months it was really a bummer

Terrible service! Wouldn't do a trenta size americano in two grande cups which I know is possible and it was my birthday drink. Only have two tables inside and two small ones outside very small parking lot. Just poor service overall.

I like their coffee well enough, but those breakfast sandwiches just aren't it. Heating them up in the microwave makes the bread all mushy. The fillings always have a weird, rubbery texture too. It's just not a pleasant experience. I'd much rather grab something from a place that toasts their sandwiches fresh.

The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. They couldn't even make a large cup of coffee with milk. The first time, the cup was a different size. When they replaced the cup, they forgot to add milk. The remark was answered rudely. This is the worst service I have ever encountered.

Went in in the morning because the drive thru seemed stalled. Stood for a few minutes watched them all run around, no one coming to the counter. Finally when she did, she said nothing to me. I watched a shift lead yell at one of the workers in front of customers.. it felt pretty toxic in there, sorry! Won't be doing that again :/

Disappointed that this Starbucks discontinued its coffee grounds for gardens (for compost piles). It doesn’t cost them anything to simply divert their coffee grounds into a different bin yet many of us customers very much appreciate using them for our gardens. Hopefully their management will reconsider and bring it back.

Used to be great, now there’s nowhere to sit and bathrooms are password protected.
I think there are two small tables inside now. Basically a drive through location.

The redesign removed practically all of the the seats from the inside (likely to improve turnover), but that takes away most of the utility this place once had, in being able to multitask with a coffee.

Parking: Park across the street and walk over if u able bodied ... their parking lot needs to be blown up. 😒

I don’t know what is going on here , since they reopened and have most everything automated feels like take more time everything. I do mobile order usually 10 minutes before I get into the location but still waiting 15-20 minutes for my regular coffee and have to ask where my order is. ☹️
