My favorite local Starbucks! Staff is always friendly and they usually know me just by what I order at the drive-thru! They take the time to get to know their customers and when I’ve gone inside it’s always very neat and clean.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I’m not not a supporter of bad reviews but here we go. I tried calling the location to discreetly discuss my drive thru experience today but didn’t get connected. I recognize we all have bad days but to the girl in the drive thru that didn’t smile, didnt say hello, screamed out our total and shook my bag at me… please recognize how impactful your negative energy is to people who don’t deserve it.

This is my favorite location I always try and go here over any others the staff is so kind and helpful very they go above and beyond for their guests if you can go to this location you'll never be disappointed and if you end up with a drink you don't like they will remake it with no problem if I could give more stars I would

While there are several nice efficient employees at this location, Alyssa with the glasses always finds something to say to ruin my day. Her rudeness and laziness is ridiculous. We put mobile orders in almost everyday and today we made sure to put our orders in ahead of time to be sure they had ample time to make the drinks. As we pulled up in line another customer cut us so we went straight to the window. They knew the drinks were for us and there weren’t many people in line regardless. But of course Alyssa likes to poke her head out not once but twice to let us know “this is why we stop at the order box” and to “wait longer so our drinks are ready”. But the app told us they should’ve been ready 5 minutes prior. Anyways if you run into Alyssa just roll up your window and keep going!

I came in on a Sunday and I got the pleasure to be greeted by Izzy, Joey, Julian, and Darlene. They were patient with my large group, were kind and welcoming and super speedy!!! Their service was refreshing!!
