I appreciate this store. I went to the one on 70 this morning and they seemed to be having a bad day. I ordered my usual trenta iced coffee/almond milk/caramel syrup/ extra shot. The 70 store forgot the syrup, no big deal so i swung through the drive thru again and asked them to throw some in real quick. The girl in the window was nice, took my drink and they dumped it out and remade it. But this time they made it with cow milk and no shot. I get it we are human no big deal. Instead of being a karen and asking for it to be altered again i hit the store on university.
They were so sweet and understanding. Remade my drink for me and sent me on my way. I get pretty bad stomach issues with the cows milk so it was a get a new drink or dont have coffee situation. So I sincerely appreciated the time they took to fix this for me.

Service was fast and my drink was perfect! I decided to try the iced lemon loaf cake and it was delicious!
Close to my house, so location is good. But try to fill up my drink please. If i order grande, you tell me venti is only 70-80 cents more so I get venti, but in the end, I get coffee that's equivalent to grande. What gives?

All the baristas here are super friendly and great at their jobs. They always write something cute on my drink, and the service is always fast, accurate, friendly, and my drinks are 10/10 delicious. They even give me new drink recommendations when the one I like is going to be discontinued. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area
