The reason for the 2-star review is as follows: EVERY time I order from the HOT coffee selections, I get an ICED coffee. Does nobody know how to read anymore? This isn't the only location to do this either. To prove my point one time, I ordered the same coffee, one as ICED and the other HOT on the same order, and the ticket was clearly labeled with ICD. Which means iced, whereas the hot one doesn't have that. The workers tried to tell me I needed to write that I wanted it hot in the special notes....like...tf? I shouldn't have to do that when I ordered from the hot coffee selections.

Fire them all. Mobile ordering only allowed. Registers were down. Told them all 3 credit cards and PayPal won't work to make an order before my flight. THey could care less. Kept saying we don't take PayPal and I don't know but everything is down. Mobile orders only. Hire some older people instead of teenagers who don't care if they make a sale or not. Horrible horrible horrible. Might as well be closed.
Heard two other people telling them the app isn't working. They didn't care at all.

Wow…ordered a coffee (got it right away) and a turkey bacon egg white muffin. Food took 22 minutes…22 minutes for a pre-made sandwich that just needed to be microwaved. The girl making the sandwiches bags them and stacks them up waiting for the other associate to distribute them to the customers. There were six of us waiting for our food while it sat there.
When I finally got my food asked why the associate stacked them up instead of distributing them when she was done and the “distributing” associate very rudely told me that was her job and that I “have your food so leave and enjoy your day”.
Guess that’s just airport Starbucks service because everywhere else they are awesome.

Mobile order only. Still got my order wrong. Remade my drink, and he rushed it and didn’t follow the correct recipe because drink had no flavor to it and lacked typical components to drink. I paid full price for a bad drink. Don't recommend!!!!

Advertised as a drive through. I took my car into the airport and TSA got really mad.
Everyday they are supposed to open at 430 am and they open when they feel like it at 445 sometimes later , it's a real inconvenience as I fly from SRQ weekly . Makes everyone late and I feel bad for the airport employees and pilots waiting for their coffee.
They refused to take orders other than online and not willing to sell gift cards. What the hell was that???

I just ordered a strawberry refresher at this so called Starbucks and the guy at the register was rude he didn’t help at all he was smart about everything we said and they take forever to make even the simplest of drinks

I asked the guy at counter if the potato, cheddar and chive bites, if it's vegetarian he said yes, but it has egg. And handed me coffee without putting lid properly ended up spilling hot coffee on my hand.

Food was cold and my order took entirely too long to complete. The barista was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude that she put me in a bad mood I couldn’t even eat the food. Her name was Brittney and she gave me the worst service I have ever had at Starbucks period. Y’all need to hire better workers.
It’s a disgrace you have to download the app to purchase a cup of tea and charge 25.00 on my account when the tea was $4.44 for a small which is not worth it I feel bad for your employees not waiting on customers in person what is wrong with this country not waiting on customers in person should not rely on phones some people cannot afford these phones
Yes it is a Starbucks, and I didn’t get anything extravagant. I only got an iced coffee. However, all that being said the team working was fast, friendly and I ordered and was served in less than 5 minutes. That’s faster than most brick and mortar locations let alone a busy airport location. I was able to have a nice coffee as I navigated out of the airport, and I still got to my vehicle and left in time. A job well done.
