I had a very unpleasant experience with a barista named Sophie at Starbucks. She was incredibly passive-aggressive and downright rude. When I asked a question about my drink, she rolled her eyes and responded with an attitude that was completely uncalled for. It’s one thing to be busy, but treating customers poorly is unacceptable. If Sophie can’t handle basic customer service with respect, maybe she’s in the wrong job. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope Starbucks takes steps to ensure better service in the future.

I just visited this location Wednesday morning at 10:50 and the barista recommended a white chocolate peppermint Frappuccino and it was amazing. Great stuff love the Starbucks. She deserves a raise

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at this Starbucks location this afternoon 9/9/2024. Kudos to the two gentlemen working. They went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable, offering friendly and efficient service that truly stood out. Warmly greeted when we entered. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuine about helping with my coffee choices.

The store itself maintained the clean, welcoming environment you’d expect from Starbucks, adding to the overall positive experience. It’s refreshing to find a location where the service enhances the visit so significantly. Highly recommended for both the quality of the coffee and the remarkable service!

The manager Nate was rude and unprofessional. His demeanor was rough and lacks the finesse and professionalism of what most Starbucks managers bring to the table. I recommend management train this young man to service customers with a more gentle spirit. Nate needs to learn not to be the tough guy because it turns off customers like myself. He needs compassion training which he sorely lacks. Very poor experience.

Love the friendly engagement of this Starbucks! The Manager , Steven , is always on top of it and keeps the baristas running. Never a long wait and everyone is always cheerful.
I enjoy coming here just for their friendly appearance and how they always engage with you everytime. My fav barista, sorry y'all, is Christina! She's always interacting with everyone!

This morning at 7:30 am I was number 6 I’m line, they claim they only had 4 Stanley pink cups for sale. All other Starbucks locations had 38 available for purchase. That was problem number 1. #2 I sucked it up, not to make a big stink about it, ordered a sugar cookie latte, after paying they inform me they are out of sugar cookie mix, & they don’t do refunds, quickly manger of target got me my $7 coffee refunded. I was bummed out over the whole experience & situation. I feel like they held back 34 cups for themselves to purchase, or for later this week throughout the week. I feel like they should be investigated about the situation with the cups. Because all other surrounding starbuck targets released 38 but this one only 4. I would like a response to this from Starbucks themselves like the higher ups, I feel cheated. 1 star , because I try to find something positive in everything. At least I got my $7 back.

Their coffee degrades so much. It’s getting more expensive but the quality is going down. I still tried and redeem like 50% coupon they sent in the apps once a while but still, spendings $4 after discount with that quality, it’s unworthy.
