The staff was very nice to me given the fact that I rarely go there and needed help on both the description of certain drinks and what the sizes look like. Wish they had more comfortable seating in addition to the tables and chairs.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Starbucks this morning. Alex completely ruined the atmosphere with his rude and misogynistic behavior. To make matters worse, I tried to order a drink that had just launched that same day, causing confusion. Alex talked down to me and my friend in the most disrespectful way. Honestly, it’s no surprise there wasn’t a single other customer in the store—his awful attitude and terrible customer service chased everyone away. Definitely not coming back.

This is just a shoutout to the sweetest employee at Starbucks. I don’t know his name but he’s tall and wears a hat and every time I’ve seen him working he brightens people’s days more than the caffeine! His service is always perfect and thoughtful.

I come here almost every morning, but lately it’s been frustrating. My order gets messed up almost every time, and with limited time before work, that’s a real problem. Even worse, once the mistake happens, I end up being skipped and served last. There’s a girl named Dam who consistently gets my order wrong — it’s become a regular thing. My name is Luigi, not “Vici.” I really hope the team can start paying more attention, especially during the morning rush.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a barista named Sophie at Starbucks. She was incredibly passive-aggressive and downright rude. When I asked a question about my drink, she rolled her eyes and responded with an attitude that was completely uncalled for. It’s one thing to be busy, but treating customers poorly is unacceptable. If Sophie can’t handle basic customer service with respect, maybe she’s in the wrong job. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope Starbucks takes steps to ensure better service in the future.
