I go to the Starbucks, maybe three times a week sometimes four and I always get the same order yesterday. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle. When I pulled up to the window they gave me a hot caramel macchiato when I told the cashier that II go to the Starbucks, maybe three times a week sometimes four and I always get the same order yesterday. When I pulled up to the window they gave me a hot caramel macchiato when I told the cashier that I ordered a iced caramel macchiato, he rolled his eyes And still gave me a ice cream macchiato, but after I received it the whole cup on the outside of it had caramel drizzle all over it that I didn’t realize at the time because he gave it to me to grab by the top of it so when I put it in my cupholder and I took it out, it was sticky with caramel drizzle This has been by far one of my worst experiences at this Starbucks.

I love Starbucks I really do it’s just that I have other things to spend money on.
I got there 5 minutes before 8:00pm and they said they cleaned everything already and the couldn’t make any coffee.
I’m a big Starbucks person, and this is so disappointing, not a good customer service at this store.

I will drive out of my way just to come to this starbucks. The team that works here is the best. They know me by name now because i do go frequently. No matter if I go into the store or drive thru my iced espresso is always on point and love all the workers! This my favorite store.
