I stopped here when headed to the Sarasota Airport. They are fast and efficient plus they carry all the items I enjoy eating and drinking. Customer service at this location is superb.

I am not a big StarBucks follower because I like to check out nonchalant coffee shops but this Starbucks really got my attention. The workers were all so friendly and didn't mind chatting with the customers. The restaurant was clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Easy to get into off 41.

My husband and I have going here almost everyday since it opened. It's right around the corner from our house. Never had an issue with any of the original baristas or how the coffee tasted. As of late (last two weeks), we've gotten awful, watered down and/or burnt tasting coffee. When we bring it to the baristas attention, we get a super sassy and not Starbucks like response/attitude. We called the store on friday to speak to someone regarding the $50 pick up order we placed and no one answered. We went again this morning to get coffee and not to my surprise, it's super watered down and tastes burnt and no one answers the phone. We will not be returning to this store and probably not return to Starbucks again.

This establishment has thee VERY BEST DAY & NIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I frequent here EVERYDAY.. KAIT IS THE ABSOLUTE SWEETEST and it’s always a pleasure seeing her smiling face. She and all the other crew members are just the best. I love this establishment

Starbucks is convenient with good coffee and friendly counter staff that makes your brew to order. US 41 and Ringling College station is easy access when southbound on 41. Clean and safe building and parking lot.

I'm not sure why this starbucks has an issue if I place a mobile order and then go through the drive through to pick it up. The barista with a valley girl dialect. Told me I had to loop around to pick up my drink because it wouldn't be ready yet. When someone is ordering at the drive through, they are givien just enough time to get their drink done. I usually dont go to this store, but i've never had a problem with ordering online and picking up in the drive thru before.
Dawn and the team at this Starbucks outshine all others. Specifically, Dawn goes out of her way to genuinely greet customers and get to know them a little bit. She always has a smile, is super efficient and seems like she really enjoys her job. In my opinion, she sets the tone for everyone and if I were the manager at this store I would promote her to the highest level possible.
