I got there 5 minutes before 8:00pm and they said they cleaned everything already and the couldn’t make any coffee.
I’m a big Starbucks person, and this is so disappointing, not a good customer service at this store.

I will drive out of my way just to come to this starbucks. The team that works here is the best. They know me by name now because i do go frequently. No matter if I go into the store or drive thru my iced espresso is always on point and love all the workers! This my favorite store.

The store manager is rude to customers and employees. Her attitude alone is the reason I will not be returning to this location. The downtown location is much better.

Ordered two trawlers for pick up areas assured they’d be ready. Came in and Noreen started her. No acknowledgement of promising then not delivering. Bad service.

Why are dogs being permitted inside where food is being served? A woman had her dog in her lap on a blanket….we are eating folks…Can we bring in our Labrador ? Of course not! Leave pets home or sit outside….staff…do your job and say no dogs unless SERVICE DOGS!

READ for the pearl. I'm not a big Starbucks fan. Generally their coffee is gross and only an option out of necessity. However, their new hot Oleato latte, yes olive oil infused blonde espresso, is one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had.

COULD NOT BE BETTER.If you are looking for the best Starbucks across the country, this has to be a front runner. I go here (quite often admittedly) and as a business owner, this location is absolutely blessed to have the staff they do. I want to specifically call out Leslie, George, and I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name (but she has red hair and wears a bandana). They make this place top tier and the quality of their service is unmatched.These three deserve all the recognition in the world.
