Visited a few times now, great atmosphere, food is decent, drinks are decent. If there is a band playing (that’s popular) get there EARLY! It’s a B to park, get a table and order drinks… waited 30 min in line for a drink last time we were there .
Went out on a Saturday night to check out the band and was very surprised. The band and music was great, locals were out and crowded the dance floor all night and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The tiki bar was large and looked newer along with the open Air seating. I had their brisket sandwich and was very pleased.

There is nothing better than Stottlemyer’s Smokehouse! This place is a true Sarasota gem, family-owned, welcoming, and a favorite among Sarasota locals.
The atmosphere is laid-back and fun, with live music often adding to the experience.
