Absolutely delicious and a great experience! The way they create your ice cream is unlike anything we’ve seen before. Highly recommend salted caramel with heath bar, dark chocolate flakes, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch! They had so many choices for flavors and toppings, everyone in your party is sure to love something here!

Very cool desert joint combining science and sweet treats. Didn't even know that this was a thing. Using liquid nitrogen to freeze the fluids into ice cream or Italian ice makes for very rich flavors.

Tonight was our first visit to Sub-Zero Nitrogen Ice cream. When you walk in the store is very welcoming and impeccably clean. Carissa greeted us and offered to walk us thru the process and choices- She really did a fantastic time walking us newbies thru the process! We chose “Elvis” Peanut Butter and banana ice cream, with PB cups served in a waffle cone bowl- with a little hot fudge on top to make it perfection! The size small was perfect for my husband and I to share after dinner. Highly recommend- we will be back!!

This place is absolutely amazing. I must visit if you’re visiting Sarasota, Florida or are in the area. A really cool concept staff is super nice and the ice cream is out of this world endless toppings as well. Vegan options as well as sugar-free options.
So many vegan ice cream options! Such a fun experience watching them make the ice cream as well. My son has an egg and peanut allergy and the girl (she has blue/green hair on the ends, i didnt catch her name) was absolutely incredible giving us all the options that my son could have and accommodating his allergies with a fresh scoop and bowls. We will be back to try more flavors soon!

We were heading from the beach back to our rental and craved ice cream. Thanks to Google reviews on this place being very high we chose to stop here. We got a house free scoop because it was ‘National Ice Cream Day’, but we both chose a small serving of ice cream.
This place is fun and unique - they pump out liquid mix (several options available) and add flavor and whatever mix ins you choose and then blast the mixing bowl with liquid nitrogen which freezes the mix as they mix it up and it forms the soft ice cream in front of your eyes! Super cool (literally) and a great way to talk science and have a treat at the same time! The service was AMAZING - the young lady serving and preparing the treats was very good at her job, friendly and welcoming and answered our questions with a big smile - you can tell it is a sound work environment there. Would definitely stop by again when we’re in the Sarasota area!

Awful customer service, and the flavors are literally food coloring. Had to go inside real quick to get a refund , ice cream wasn’t even good to pick on , on the way home.
