Very cool desert joint combining science and sweet treats. Didn't even know that this was a thing. Using liquid nitrogen to freeze the fluids into ice cream or Italian ice makes for very rich flavors.
Tonight was our first visit to Sub-Zero Nitrogen Ice cream. When you walk in the store is very welcoming and impeccably clean. Carissa greeted us and offered to walk us thru the process and choices- She really did a fantastic time walking us newbies thru the process! We chose “Elvis” Peanut Butter and banana ice cream, with PB cups served in a waffle cone bowl- with a little hot fudge on top to make it perfection!
