Wow. I am a huge subway fan and this experience was laughable. I walked in and was the only customer. There were two people behind the counter. One had started making another sandwich, probably for a door dash, and the other was standing behind the register. I waited for about 2 minutes and was never acknowledged. Then the staff person that was not doing anything saidIf you want a sub it's gonna take a while. He has a few to make. I said ok. I waited for a while longer. The second person never did anything. After watching for a while as one worked and the other did absolutely nothing I decided to leave. Thinking the owner would like to know the lack of customer service and training that is happening. Wow.

Truly is sad because this used to be the best subway in town, I order online and go inside very often to this store. And recently is has been a horrible experience in both situations. When I order online it's ALWAYS wrong, it's never toasted, it's slapped together like a 5 year old was making my sandwich. Absolutely no care, and then the worst part is when you go into the store, it's almost worse, the employees hate their jobs or life's so much it almost makes me feel bad for coming in to order food, it's like emotionless zombies who are only there to collect a check. Will unfortunately be making the drive to the Clark location from now on

The meat might have been old. I had an Italian sub. Not good. Didn't care for the vinaigrette either.The service was great.

My name is Israel Hernandez Never a complaint until today at 12: 03 pm. I have to say that: This is my neighbor subway since I live in palmer Ranch (Sarasota) I use their hand sanitizer and I call the Manager (Employee) and ask to change/remove it since I have a terrible allergy reaction. This happened in front of other customers and I have few witness that will be willing to testify, and cameras to record the event at the store. Their answer was they will not remove it. I have the most horrible reaction and I have to go to the hospital to be treated, I am feeling terrible since I know this will have economic repercussions. My wife Brenda Rains call at the store on Clark close to (75) where this incident happened, It was around 1:07- 1:09 pm to let them know that I Iam currently under shots for allergic reaction to the hs and the lady who answers the phone at that time hang out on her when she ask to speak with the Manager. I have to take legal actions since I notice this careless behavior on their part. I am trying to reach corporate office with any luck yet. Sad, but, sign of the times. Some people shows lack of cares for other people wellbeing! Sincerely. Israel Hernandez Lacosta
