I wish I caught her name but the woman working around 6pm on 11/7/25 with red hair. She was the nicest most polite subway worker I’ve ever had. She did a phenomenal job on our subs, usually the meatball is always sloppy but you can tell she cared and took her time. I appreciate it very much!

I wanted to use the bathroom, saw some pee (human) on the floor and noped out.
The young lady Monday evening 7/7/25 did fine, but the boy that was supposed to be working with her, spent the entire time playing video games and ignoring her request for assistance in view of the customers. In addition the store is dirty and there is a metal barrier so you can't see what they are doing with your food. From what it sounds like from other reviews do NOT trust this local.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would! I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes without any greeting and once I asked if I could be helped was denied service because the general manager said he could, it’s his store. There was a nice young woman who tried to take my order but was pointed at and yelled at like a dog as he said “get! You know better than to argue with me!” And she never said a word and simply obeyed. General manager was extremely rude. He offered no hospitality or any customer service as a manager should and if I was talked to like that, as an employee for simply trying to do my job, I’d quit. Worst general manager I’ve ever come across! Would not recommend this location! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Granted I haven't come to this location in like 10 years but this is the second week in a row I have come to this location and the service sucks! Last week I got one online order and another order, just two sandwiches. My online order was not ready and I had to wait in line for 40 minutes to even place my order. My second visit I had placed an online order at 10:50 a.m., I arrive at the location at 11:14. They hadn't even made my order. Which was only one sandwich. There was nobody in the store other than the employees. There was food all over the damn floor it was disgusting. I do not recommend coming to this place for service or cleanliness. If you do come, good luck!

No meatballs so I had to go with Italian sub, nit asked what bread i wanted I got whatever she wanted to give me. I could barely hear her and 0 personalty. Lettuce was white not green. It was pretty nasty. I think I may change sandwich brand, Jimmy John's or jersey Mike's. OMG got home and something tasted like sour milk. It was the cheese!! DISGUSTING. ILL NEVER EAT AT SUBWAY AGAIN. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS IT. WHAT A WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY! UGH
