Every time we come in here we order ahead of time. And every time, we have to wait longer for them to be made even after the website says they're ready. Only one person working during dinner is absolutely terrible

This Subway location is close to downtown and is on the way to St Armand's and lido Beach Perfect to grab a sandwich and head to the bridge or the beach. Also great for a quick lunch or box lunches or catering orders for downtown offices! It is a convenient location! This location has recently went under new management and a new regional manager. The changes with staff member policies, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff along with the leadership of the new management team has made a huge difference! 10 out of 10 overall rating in my book! They also have a lunch special everyday for $6.99, at 6-in sub a drink and two cookies are chips what a great deal!

First off no one was around, we almost went around the counter to make our own subs. She comes out of the bathroom with an attitude. Totally un-friendly and didn't want to be there at all and you can tell. Next, I ordered a steak and cheese sub that is hot and she never heated/toasted it!!! I have to bake it now at home. I haven't even tasted it and I am already upset. I hope management takes notice. I went on thursday July 17th around 7pm.

Very helpful customer service the dude Tee cool helpful with what’s new and what’s a good choice etc. The short older women terrible just threw my food together attitude sucked. I always drive away when I see her through the window i say nope not today. Other than her the other crew members are pretty cool

Just left this location one worker in store Deny very disrespectful, very unhappy, very stressful throwing sandwiches together complaining about he has been there all day by himself & he have to do everything no help he has to cut up everything etc…My mother has been a GM for the Hollomans for 7 years & still a GM @ Burger King for the Furmans for 30 years we was very disappointed with our service & on top of over charging us for our meals 4 extra food we didn’t have I never seen a person break my vegetables with such a little amount being put on veggie sandwich & was rude about how he has to cut up more veggies we will never be returning to this location I can’t believe we was treated this way!!…Very sad & ridiculous this is not the way you treat customers because your short staff & mad!!.My mother will Never treat her customers like this & Subway need to do a better job on more staff because customers shouldn’t have to tolerate this.

The manager of this store had a really nasty attitude !! me and my grandmother was just trying to get a bite for ourselves and others and he was acting like it was a problem to make 5 sandwiches it was 2 gentlemen behind us and we gave them the option to go infront of us but they refused . he had a nasty attitude and made our sandwiches NASTY he added to much of everything even when we said light dont go here .

This is a review for the 1777 Tamiami Trail sub store if it wasn’t for Kirk at this store the store would fall apart. He is a phenomenal employee who is attentive to his customers and knows how to provide outstanding customer service this subway or any subway store would be lucky to have this young manworking for them. And the food is good also.
