Just left this location one worker in store Deny very disrespectful, very unhappy, very stressful throwing sandwiches together complaining about he has been there all day by himself & he have to do everything no help he has to cut up everything etc…My mother has been a GM for the Hollomans for 7 years & still a GM @ Burger King for the Furmans for 30 years we was very disappointed with our service & on top of over charging us for our meals 4 extra food we didn’t have I never seen a person break my vegetables with such a little amount being put on veggie sandwich & was rude about how he has to cut up more veggies we will never be returning to this location I can’t believe we was treated this way!!…Very sad & ridiculous this is not the way you treat customers because your short staff & mad!!.My mother will Never treat her customers like this & Subway need to do a better job on more staff because customers shouldn’t have to tolerate this.

The manager of this store had a really nasty attitude !! me and my grandmother was just trying to get a bite for ourselves and others and he was acting like it was a problem to make 5 sandwiches it was 2 gentlemen behind us and we gave them the option to go infront of us but they refused . he had a nasty attitude and made our sandwiches NASTY he added to much of everything even when we said light dont go here .

This is a review for the 1777 Tamiami Trail sub store if it wasn’t for Kirk at this store the store would fall apart. He is a phenomenal employee who is attentive to his customers and knows how to provide outstanding customer service this subway or any subway store would be lucky to have this young manworking for them. And the food is good also.

I want to start off by saying I am not one for making reviews. But my experience with the service manager today was so bad I had to make a doodle account just to make this review. When I arrived for lunch the service manager was the only one working. That is not a problem with me. The manager also complaining non stop about being the only one there was not a problem with me. The issue I had was the manager arguing with customers and my self. A customer before me had an online order that wasn’t ready yet. The manager started making the order. The customer asked if he could have it toasted. The manager began to state the the on line order doesn’t show it toasting so the manager argued about toasting the sub for him.
Once it was my turn to order I told him I was having two sandwiches which are going to be the exact same sandwich. Manager still continued to complain about only having 8 pieces of bread and he is going to have to shut down the shop to make more. Mind you the whole time he complained he wasn’t working. He was more concerned with everybody in line knowing how stressed he is and not focused on the job. He started making one of the sandwiches. He brought the l to the tipping side and stared at me rudely through his hands up and says and rudely says “well what do you want on this” I told him I was sorry I figured he would make the other sandwich before we moved onto the toppings he began to argue l. So I told him I wanted lettuce tomato and mayo in the sandwich. . He then through his hands up again and said at me and ask why I didn’t tell him I had two sandwich’s. And told me I just set him back 5 minutes. He then began to angrily throws pickles in the sandwich. I told him I didn’t order pickles and he began to argue again. At this point I told him to have a good day and walked out. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I can clearly see why no one showed up to work under his watch. I really hope someone from subway sees this and takes the proper steps to replace management at this store. The worst experience of my life, Tuesday, October 1. I arrived hoping to buy a sandwitch, looking for a bread, there was a boy who shouted at me, Treating me like I was a criminal. He called me weird. people without the ability to talk to clients.

Was just there for lunch. I have 1 hour for that. 20 ppl in line and only one guy working. The manager and owners should be ashamed. The guy Lee that was working was busting his butt and did a great job trying to keep the line moving. I could see his frustrations, as I have worked for Subway in the past. He was running out of everything. Not enough preparation makes this job hard for anyone. The manager wasn't even there to help. If you read this Lee....find another job ..you are too good for this one. I had less than 10mins to try to eat. Even though I couldn't even get what I went there for.

I’m tired of places you pay to fix your food and have online ordering why ask me what I want on my sandwiches but you still do not follow what I ask to have on my sandwiches then you fix my sandwich and etc things like a pretzel and cookie/s and expect someone to eat those things and not be upset when the items asked to be on the sandwich are not there then other items where cold my pretzel was as tough as trying to eat a tire my footlong cookie was as hard as a 8 day old biscuit left out in Alaska’s weather this is ridiculous

Good place to grab lunch. Good customer service. I placed a order of 10 foot longs. And they had no issues preparing them in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend
