My boyfriend went to grab subs for both of us... He had simple meat balls sandwich sooo nothing to be messed up but it was dry! Mine was sandwich with buffalo chicken... Looks like i'm vegetarian! I had i tiny bit of chicken,no sause they had just two tipes of sauses to be choisen soooo i basickly got dry ban with veggies. I hate giving bad reviews but this time i couldnt stop myself!seriously where is the menager over there???? That's just sad! Please do something!!!

We came to eat at branch 3650 at Bee Rich in Sarasota. There were two employees, one cleaning tables and the other arranging the ingredients containers, where the sandwiches are prepared, after 15 minutes standing in front of this employee waiting for my husband and me to be served, since the two of us were practically invisible to This employee, because there was not a single show of respect towards us, we decided to leave the place. The anger I felt at that moment was intense, when as we left I said, “Thank you very much,” he looked at me with indifference, as if I were a fly. That irritated me and I felt even more offended and humiliated. It was a degrading and completely devastating experience for a customer, I must say I am a fairly regular subway customer, I couldn't believe what was happening. I asked him his name and he didn't tell me, he didn't feel like it, he hid when I wanted to take his photo, and he was still yelling at me and telling me to call customer service at his offices. I want to understand what happened this day? How can they hire such unpleasant staff lacking any training? I am of Hispanic origin, I entered the site speaking Spanish, was it a question of racism? My money is not worth your franchises, how much of this can I understand and assimilate?

Employees are extremely rude and have no customer service skills. They made you feel like you were a nuisance to them.Place was filthy including the bathrooms. Lettuce was brown and should have been thrown away. I asked if they had fresh and he said no. Will not go back!

The person who is supposed to ask what you would like, acted like she didnot want to be there, or ask you anything..I was there at 5:30 pm on May 21, 2023 if that helps the manager. I would give this place neg stars if I could. Should have just walked out. The meatballs they use on the "Boss" have seriously changed over the years and not for the better. Wilted lettuce, cheese was not the best. In short the place is not worth eating at. Firehouse subs or a different subway, the only choice here.Jack

The restaurant is fairly clean and has a really good atmosphere. Their recent face-lift did the restaurant well. The restroom (at least the mensroom) is dirty most of the time. Stains on the floor and a bad smell. The crew have a good working attitude and are friendly. The main drawback are the students who sit a wait for their ride to arrive. While I think this is a great idea, they don't know when not to bother the crew when they are trying to take care of their customers.
