Guy behind the counter was flipping off customers when they had there backs facing the counter. Also he had inappropriate music blaring with profanities. It was not a good look for the store.

SOOOOOO disappointed that you were NOT welcoming the nation wide promotion of $6.99 for any club.. I did order (as I or we normally do) because of one of your staff. YARELY is so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She remembers customers and their interests. A real pleasure to come in when she is working.

Lady making the subs is def on hard drugs, she’s a chiller tho so I gave a 2 star. Said my order 4 times but she was on a whole different planet... Wish I could be that geeked at work.

Can’t have customers standing around while you make online orders. Gotta figure something out or have a third employee on shift. 40 mins to get sandwich in hand
i went in the store to eat some other food i had gotten because it was cold outside and was told to get out of the restaurant by a worker or owner and after we were trying to explain that we wanted to just eat our food inside he told us “do you even speak english”

I’ve ate at this location over 10 times and not once was I disappointed. Very friendly staff and everything seemed to be very clean.
Parking: parking is always easy and accessible as it’s located in a walmart parking lot.
Amazing people, they remembered their customers’ orders. Amazing customer service.
I ordered from this location online for pickup since I was in the area and upon my arrival I noticed that the lights were off so I called the store and an employee answered with an attitude to tell me that the power was out. I was curious how the power could be out but the phone still work. However, I didn’t question them because I didn’t want to deal with more attitude. I said I understand and simply asked them what my steps should be to get reimbursed and they told me to call tomorrow. It’s now been several weeks and I have talked with 3 employees on deprecate occasions and all have told me that they don’t know when management will be in but they will leave a note and/or text him and include my information. I have yet to be reimbursed or receive a call back. This isn’t my normal subway location so it’s hard to go and talk to someone but even if I could, I'm sure I wouldn’t make any progress on settling this.
