We have ordered a few of these meals for myself and my husband twice now and couldn’t be happier. The customer service is wonderful. The meals are fresh and healthy and we love the already prepped portion sizes for each of us. My husband gets the bill and I get the lean and we are both full enough that we do not eat anything else the rest of the evening. We no longer have to worry about what to make for dinner and wanting to eat healthy. With us both being very busy it has always been a struggle. The food is very flavorful and great variety to choose from.

Customer service was fire ? most def will recommend to others. Everyone was super helpful and food was amazing too!

Wow — what a treat!! We ordered several meals — Berry Oats, Breakfast Burrito, Zoodles, Keto Taco, Ponzu Salmon. EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS, AND delivered right to our front door! Even the packaging was first class, with reusable containers. We will be using Suncoast Meals as a healthy, top quality addition to our weekly menu.

Delicious! Perfectly sized portions that are full of flavor. Every meal has been a wonderful surprise. I am looking forward to trying all the different meals.

Have not tried meal preps before but was very impressed with SunCoast Meal Prep. The meal was very flavorful and easy prep.

I’ve tried a lot of healthy meal prep companies but this was a flavorful surprise! The herbed chicken was so flavorful and NOT dry. I want to eat the green (teriyaki) sauce with a spoon it’s amazing! Vegetables are fresh! Love this food!
