Loved our experience at Sushark! Tyson was our server and he was absolutely FANTASTIC!! Super personable, knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. They have great “deals” on different days of the week that are fun. Definitely a new favorite in the Gulf Gate area!
We were there not long ago and had a wonderful feast. The sushi was so good we ended up getting a few more rolls. And Emily our server was a delight, such a sweet spirit.

This spot is a true hidden gem in Sarasota. Our waitress was fantastic, the dining area was beautiful, and the atmosphere had a romantic touch. I ordered the Swole Roll (hopefully I got that name right), enjoyed a Sushark beer, and tried a sake-based creation our waitress came up with that pleasantly surprised me. I highly recommend checking this place out!
