We had a few sushi rolls, lo mein and hibachi. I was not impressed by any of it, 2nd time here. The $16 tuna roll was flavorless and bordered on fishy and the Mexican roll was double the size and you had to cut it with a knife just to get it in your mouth. The vegetables in the hibachi and lo mein were completely overcooked and mushy, as if they had been cooked prior and then nuked in a microwave. The soy sauce fried rice was the farthest thing from fried rice.... It wasn't even fried in a wok. The shrimp was extremely tough and flavorless....not to mention the restaurant is overpriced for the quality and value of the food. Will not go back, there are too many spectacular restaurants in this area.

The sushi served at this restaurant is beautiful. The presentation is great and the overall ambience of the restaurant is nice. However, you're paying for sub-par food. Even the hibachi is "fine." Some of the sushi is also presented at an odd temperature, so I definitely resonate with some earlier reviews about food poisoning. You don't want to be paying for such expensive food and not be getting quality. Overall, it's very bland. The staff is also very inattentive unless they're handing you a bill. The best thing the restaurant has going for it is looks/presentation.

Loved loved loved. The food, the cat mural, The waitress, the plating, Amazing sunset reveal when they opend the blinds. Awesome place. Miso soup yum, seaweed salad so good, tossed salad nom nom. The ginger dressing was creamy and so tasty. Salmon hibachi, Mexican roll. Appetizers were spring rolls and they were amazing & steamed veggie gyoza, omg house made yummies. All so good.

Service was slow. They only had one server tonight. Efficiency was lacking big time.

The food in the restaurant is great! I also have ordered it on apps and the food is quite good as well, but the in house is terrific! I'm posting a sushi platter that I had already partly demolished but you get the idea. I love this place. The atmosphere is very informal so no pressure there!

I recently dined at Sushi Bay , and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was inviting, with a perfect blend of modern and traditional Japanese decor that set the mood for a delightful meal.

I mentioned that my mango wasn’t ripe last time and they gave me a whole extra container of mango and avocado! What sweethearts!
