I learned my lesson. It’s been year since I’ve been in a Taco Bell. At first I thought it was closed. With the now hiring sign and the empty building. I ventured in anyway. Went to order at the register and was directed by finger point, no speaking,to the computer screen. Ordered and got my food surprisingly quick. Guy with blue shirt watch a tv show on his phone at full volume. Guy in red shirt sat right next to me in a completely empty room. Photo for reference. Shall not return.

ARE YOU TRYING TO LOSE BUSINESS?Ordered food, got it home, and my bean burrito was missing. The chicken and rice enchiladas soft shells were old and not fresh. The cantina bowl had rice that was hard, like it had been sitting around for a while. I won't be eating here again. GROSS!!!!!!

This is a good service location. I believe he was a redhead with a beard at the window was super nice and really great. Deserves a raise. He really handles things under pressure and could see him running a location if not working somewhere more elevated. No offense, I love Taco Bell lol.

This Taco Bell is righteous! I've been eating here n staying at the hotel behind the Taco Bell for over a decade now. N they have been consistent, fully loaded tacos n memorable. Thank u staff n Taco Bell on South Tamiami Trail/downtown! (Oh, n as crazy as it may sound... Their guacamole is pretty amazing considering it's not store made I don't think.
Kid-friendliness: No kid playgrounds or anything their isn't space for those type of tasks.
I have loved the Mexican Pizza for years. I was so happy when they brought it back. However, whenever I order one from this location, it has a nasty aftertaste that makes it almost inedible. I've had it from different locations without this problem and I've occasionally gotten one from this location without the aftertaste, but the one I had today had the aftertaste again. If this keeps up, I'm going to stop ordering the Mexican Pizza.
