The food is tasty and affordable. The only small complaint that I have, is that after 12 noon/1:00, the potatoes for the spicy potato tacos are rock hard. But everything else is always hot and tasty. I always receive friendly and polite service

Horrible service, waited almost my whole lunch waiting to get my food, lobby gets ignored to service drive thru, the staff ignores you completely and you have to yell out to them just to get attention to get serviced, all computer serviced and definitely won't be back

Your hours should say Open until 2 unless you want anything on the grilled because your employees cleaned them early because the want to go home early.

Says they’re open until 3AM yet, not once, not twice, but for the third time we go to pull up, and everyone inside has their headset on, and “they’re closed”…. watched other customers try and use the drive thru as well and same thing… if you’re going to be open, DO YOUR JOB. 🙄 it’s fast food, not that hard.

Absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Drive thru attendant had pants hanging below his underwear, would reach behind and yank his pants up and then hike his underwear up and then touched all our drink lids with his bare hands. Sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting on our drinks that they forgot to give us. They’d forget what they were doing, leave the window and be gone for several minutes, then come back to ask us what we needed.
Terrible customer service, did not listen to a single order, was cut short. And then wanted to be childish and grab the tacos so they are broken in half. Would never recommend.

Went through the drive thru (yesterday 2:30ish) and as soon as the girl saw my husband she was immediately over the top flirting but fine whatever it happens . But when she noticed me in the passenger seat she gave me the nastiest look. Still whatever but she continued on she was incredibly slow , lingering to give my husband things glancing passed him to roll her eyes at me . And then at one point she shut the window and she stood as far over as she could to glare at me . my toddlers in the back even noticed her behavior saying she is being creepy to you mommy should we call the cops . She was not even trying to hide her behavior or how she felt . When we finally received our food I got one more nasty face and my husband got a kiss blown for the road , packets that said your missing out and take me home, and extra taco (jokes on her the type of taco was the kind I eat ). I don't care about a girl in passing I've been in my relationship for 15yrs. The point is she is at her place of work and this was extremely unprofessional she made my husband uncomfortable with her excessive flirting, my toddlers uncomfortable, and me annoyed with her complete disrespect to not only be flirting with my husband like that in front of me but to then also be being nasty to me . If you are going to be that type of female that flirts with taken men and treat the other female like crap be that type of person outside off your job I should be able to go get my family lunch with out dealing with that type of behavior.
