This one is tough. It took forever to get our food, but it must be said that there was ONE person working. God bless her. She was trying so hard to do it all - the drive thru AND dine in. She should have closed one or the other. Nobody expects one person to be able to do that job. Despite her doing it all, our food was made with care, and she was so apologetic that we had to wait so long. Of course, the tables were dirty and the ice machine was empty. There is no way that one person can take care of everything.

The food is good. Employees are polite. Store is clean. From the time you place your order til you receive it is quick but as far as taco bell as a company.. trying to order from the screen you order from in store or the app is time consuming and frustrating. If your trying to eliminate human interaction with electronics, it would help if they worked.
Ordered extra beef and onions ( an up charge) Of course didn’t receive them. I asked the Lady who handed me my food about it. She said they don’t have onions and they are low on beef!! She walked away Never offered refund on over charge, no apology, nothing!! Also very small portions!!

This is probably the best Taco Bell I have been to in years. Staff were very nice and they made everything perfect. I like to modify my items like no lettuce or bean instead of nacho cheese so my order isn’t always right even when I use the kiosk. Ice tea is brewed fresh there, way better than the lipton soda fountain tea. Everything was extremely fresh. My crunchy taco was actually really crunchy…you would be surprised how many times I have gotten kinda stale shells.
Going through the drive-thru the only one at the entire store I pull up I asked for a plane burrito, and was received by a very smart mouth woman who said, " I don't know what you mean buy that!
