Very disappointed! Was here for an after work party and my co-workers and I were treated very poorly! Young women bartender called police shortly after we arrived and we were all sober and work for a Law firm. Can’t wait to shut this place down. One of us got falsely arrested because of this bartender. A family man. Very sad when there are real criminals that work for these establishments.

Nice place to hang out with the family, listen to live music and unwind from the week.

We stopped in one evening after dinner for a cocktail and an appetizer and listen to the music. Everything was good. If in the area I would not hesitate to stop back here.

Worst experience I've ever had on the island. Food was terrible, service was even worse. The security guards and management are of the same friend because the disrespect witnessed to other customers was immensely concerning. I highly recommend you find another place to visit when here, especially If you are trying to enjoy yourself.

Me and my friends went to Blase for dinner. Band was great, people around us were nice.
But their is one couple sat down waited 5 minutes but no server greeted them.
Unfortunately our server Cat Z was horrible. She did not properly greet us. We asked about certain dishes on the menu and she rolled her eyes
We were quiet, listening to the band play. She had such a bad attitude towards us. I been to Blase before and this time the food was just ok, not great. Our server threw receipt at one of my friends. I worked in the restaurant industry in the past, first of all you don't treat people like that. If I had done what Cat Z pulled I would of been fired.
Unacceptable customer service
She needs to find a new job.

My friends and I (all over the age of 27) got ID’d by a pretty rude bartender who refused to accept my legal permanent residence card (green card) as valid ID. The manager then came and told me I could not be served because they only accept driver’s licenses or passports. I tried to make my case saying that I did not own a car and had traveled from out of state with only my Green Card and he insisted they did not accept it. The whole interaction was quite rude so me and the other 3 people with me (all american citizens) left.
I understand bars have the right to refuse service if they don’t recognize IDs but I found the whole thing very off putting considering this same bar has either not IDd me at all or accepted my green card as ID in previous instances. Also, EVERY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT in the Key accepted it during my stay. Finally, worth mentioning, the place was completely empty so I really dont understand the incentive to be that rude to begin with.
Super disappointed with the treatment and lack of basic knowledge from an establishment Ive frequented for over 4 years now.
