The Cheesecake Factory

It was super busy with a 50 min wait, so we only got cheesecake to go. Service was speedy and the cheesecake was as amazing as always, but be prepared, it's now $12.50/ slice of cheesecake.

I just walked in to buy a single slice of cheesecake to go. I was helped immediately, with no waiting. I bought the Oreo cheesecake. It's pretty good. Not gonna lie though, it took me two tries to finish off that rich cheesecake. The slices are not small either.

Went on a Thursday evening. The young ladies congregating around the entrance desk were chatty amongst themselves. Meanwhile our waitress was a real champ, and tried her best to provide service to more tables than she clearly ought to have been assigned. The bread was more like a mass of hard kibble. Had I persisted I likely would have needed my gums sutured. I normally LOVE the bread. Husband’s spaghetti tasted more like ketchup sauce, meatballs were hard on the outside and mush on the inside. My cuban sandwich had 2 tiny pickles and was falling apart. And the slice of cheesecake was half of what it once was. Patrons around us were using their phone flashlights to read the menu because it was so dark. FYI- It’s a restaurant not a club.

Good place in the past. But today the service and the food, sometimes is not ok.

Nice place for a meal. Great location on the inlet. Outside seating was available but was full when we were there.

The manager Shelly was so kind to us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal with all of our kids. Wonderful place, we will deff be back

Always an incredible experience there. The food and the endless menu of cheesecake is phenomenal there. Very friendly and professional staff. I give props to the cooks because I've never had a bad meal there. Recommend the steakhouse burger there with the crisp onion straws! Amazing atmosphere there, the only thing I would change is they keep it really dark inside and on the outside patio so I would recommend some more lighting is all.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Food came out cold many times had to get it sent back. The salad we ordered came out with wrong toppings and chicken was not grilled looked boiled like it came from a can. The waiter didn’t offer any compensation at first. We had to bring the issue up multiple times he finally offered to just remove the salad. We had to ask for refills our server was MIA. We waited so long on food and drinks and the restaurant was empty. We ended up just taking our check up front to another server to help check us out. Total came to over $200 and still tipped 20%. Really disappointed. Should have went ANYWHERE else

Best part was the exit
Nothing really cooked here. Premade food with a extra large menu trying to overdo the bill to make everyone happy. This is more like a grab the breaded chicken from freezer throw it in oil. Grab the bagged precut lettuce and cut a tomato for salad. Oh wait you want Chinese..we got ya.. Italian yeahh got that too ohh American..yeah just combine all of it together. Suck on over priced cheesecake slice to cover the taste buds that are telling you that you can make better food at home. It's a place that if you can't get into seasons..and you REALLY don't feel like cooking I guess it will make your belly full and your wallet lighter.

on two different occasions, within 3 weeks, I pre-ordered and pre-paid for cheesecakes to be ready and defrosted (I was assured it will be defrosted) for my events. Unfortunately the internal procedural processes at this facility are non-functional; both times the orders were done wrong. When i got home with the first order it was not the right cake and of course unfrozen. The second time again no clue; no one knew anything. Both times I spoke to a manger, both very cordial, with a lot of apologies, but not able to perform the contracted or paid for services. What a shame to have a birthday ruined by cheesecake Factory.

Finally got a chance to go with my daughter and granddaughter for lunch here! Was delicious! Definitely going again! Went at just the right time!
