I have to be honest, the pasta was really good, quick seating, but I don’t know what it is, every time, like clock work, really bad service, over and over just the waiters/waitresses are seemingly very slow, I hate to say it but super over priced for nothing special, just average.

We always have a fabulous time here. Highly recommend it!! Always something different from their immensely large menu. The latest new lunch item - Chicken katsu bowl. Ss for extra katsu sauce!!!

Wow what a great restaurant! Food was excellent! The cheesecake, wowie. I got the triple berry. Wow melts right in your mouth.

Cat H was our server and she was very helpful and friendly. The fried zucchini was excellent, as was the carrot cake. The club sandwich was okay; a little dry. All in all, was a very good visit and I definitely recommend! :-)

I came here for lunch and had a great experience with service—Anthony was excellent, friendly, and attentive. Food-wise, my mac and cheese wasn’t as flavorful as I had hoped. For dessert, we ordered cheesecake to go, but the raspberry sauce portion was very minimal, which was surprising since I normally receive a small cup on the side with the vanilla bean cheesecake (my favorite). As an aside, I hope they bring back raspberry lemonade.

Seating took twice as long as estimated (40 minutes instead of 20). Appetizers and entrées took over 40 minutes to come out. The waitress took my card 💳 and forgot to come back. 15 minutes later I had to go find my card. 10 minutes later they found it and I got out of there. I'm NEVER coming back. And I suggest you do the same.

I visited here on 30th August 2025, the food was okay but I ordered two slices of cheesecake to go. One was the new pumpkin and the other, celebration.
This is the SECOND TIME this has happened where the to go slices are extremely small slices.
I don’t know why, I don’t know if there’s separate cheesecakes for dine in and take away. But there’s no way in hell those slices are the regular sized ones. Not to mention they overfilled the containers with whipped cream to hide the size of the cakes. This is the only Cheesecake Factory this happens and has happens multiple times.
I will not be returning here.
